Upon entering Dorothy's Dock , you'll discover a thoughtfully curated interior that seamlessly blends modern comforts with a touch of coastal elegance. The living and dining spaces are bathed in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Adorned with nautical-inspired decor and beach-themed accents, the beach house captures the essence of seaside living.

The accommodation features well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The fully-equipped kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts to create delicious meals, while the dining area provides a charming setting for enjoying them overlooking the ocean.

The highlight of Dorothy's Dock is undoubtedly its private back deck, with your backyard the sand, offering direct access to the beach. Whether you're a sun seeker, water sports enthusiast, or someone who simply enjoys a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, the beach house provides a front-row seat to nature's beauty.

Open Concept Living Space

The living room, kitchen and dining area are open for your enjoyment. Cook dinner while looking out at the ocean while your kids play cards on the deck.

Bedrooms

All beds are made prior to your arrival with fresh linens. 2 bath towels per guest and hand towels are also provided. We do not provide beach towels.

Dorothy's Dock sleeps 7. The master bedroom has a King Bed and attached full bathroom (stand up shower). The kids bedroom contains a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). The other bedroom features a King size bed.

Bathrooms

The hallway bathroom contains a tub/shower combo and toilet. The master bathroom has a stand up shower and toilet.

Other details:

The house has a full size washer and dryer. The house is stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, cups and glasses, Keurig, traditional 10 cup coffee maker and blender.

A few first night amenities are provided at check in to help you get your vacation started including toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. These items will not be restocked during your stay, it is a way to get your vacation started.

Private parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. The house is single level but there are about 10 outside steps to get to the house and about 6 stairs down the deck to the sand.

Wifi provided. TV in the living room with Roku capability with your own streaming accounts. There is no cable.

Pet friendly with additional $200 pet fee per pet. Max 2.

Beach towels are not provided.
