The living room and kitchen look directly at the ocean and up the coast with triple glass patio doors facing west and windows facing north. Both bedrooms also have private, NE ocean views. The beach is waiting with direct access from the 1st floor. The condo is located on a quiet public beach with miles of sand in each direction. Enjoy seeing the sun rise over the Atlantic in the morning, playing in the warm turquoise water, collecting seashells, surfing, boogie boarding and relaxing on the beach during the day, watching gorgeous sunsets that light up the sky at dusk and maybe even viewing a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral at night from your own private balcony. Take a walk down the beach any time of day - you will be amazed at the privacy and lack of crowds.

The interior boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, each featuring its own coastal living decor. The living room and primary bedroom each have a smart TV and the guest room has a basic TV as well. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower (plus bathtub in the guest bath), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soft bath towels and a hair dryer. An iron, coin laundry, heating, AC, and WiFi are all available for guests to enjoy. ACCESSIBILITY:
You will retrieve a building key upon arrival. Once inside the building, the unit is accessed via elevator then keyless entry.
