Gemütlich & komfortabel - Stilvoll eingerichtet & zentral gelegen!

Hi Jamie, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely glad your family had a place to gather during such a meaningful occasion like UIUC graduation weekend. We're sorry to hear that parts of your experience fell short of expectations. We take pride in our home and are continually making improvements—many of which are detailed in the listing photos and description. While our renovations may not reflect a luxury overhaul, we’ve focused on functionality, comfort, and thoughtful design to offer an affordable and welcoming space for families. Regarding the A/C and second shower, we appreciate you notifying us. We responded quickly to gather details, and we apologize if our reply felt brief. We have since taken steps to make sure these issues don’t affect future guests. The neighborhood is a diverse and residential area close to campus, which is why many guests choose our home for its convenience and space. That said, guest comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we’re always available to help address any concerns in real time. We’re grateful you chose to stay with us and appreciate you helping us improve. —Dan, Host
