- While the garage has a shared wall with the home, the property is designed to ensure a quiet and uninterrupted stay for our guests.

- This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

- The garage is available for guest use during your stay. Please keep the garage clear and accessible during your visit.

- An EV charger is not currently available at the property. For EV charging, there are two public chargers at Carlton City Center, approximately one block away and less than a 5-minute walk from the home.
