Orange Dream on the Water

Summary:

Orange Dream on the Water is a recently renovated water front unit with pool, located on the luxurious Las Olas neighborhood at entrey level, Ground Floor.



The Space:

This home is located on a deep-water canal in Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale and is 5 minutes by car from Fort Lauderdale beach. One of the bedrooms has an on-suite bathroom, a Queen size bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a sofa bed as well. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. Wifi is included.



There is a shared pool for all guests and a separate laundry room they can use.



We Love to host our guests! But we don't love to host guests that are going to cause us problems. Please read the rules in order to make sure our place is a right fit based on your plans.



RULES

-No Smoking inside the home. Please do so outside

-No parties, events of any kind, loud music or excessive noise ever.

All Guests must comply with the noise ordinance imposed by Broward County that states there shall be no outside noise from 10:00pm - 7am.

Any violations of this will result in the guest removal without any refunds.

-Pets must be approved by host

-List all guest staying at the property. No extra guests or visitors are

allowed at the property unless previously authorized

-Please advise if you will be having any vehicles.

-When booking this home you are agreeing to keep the noise levels outside to a minimum through out the day up until 10:00pm, and no noise at all after 10:00pm. Additionally, the noise levels in the interior should be at a level that does not disturb surrounding neighbors and guests.

-Guests will not be given any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, but are not limited to, using unauthorized amplification devices, a general lack of decorum, screaming and yelling, loud cheering, excessive vehicular noise, and over occupying the rental property with unauthorized guests or visitors.

-Please treat our home better than you would treat yours. :)

Guest access

Guests have access to the pool, deck and dock of the property which is shared with guests from one other Airbnb unit. Guests will also have access to one parking space which can fit two regular size cars one in front of the other.

Other things to note

Television: Internet streaming services only, either a fire stick or Roku, so you can log on to your Netflix, Hulu, etc.



There is one long parking space which can fit two regular size cars for this unit.



There are two vacation rental units in the property. This unit is located toward the back of the property overlooking the water and in front of the pool.



Boat slips are rented and you may see the boat owners from time to time.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire property. Access is via a coded door lock. The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Hendricks Isle is an upscale, waterfront neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, just off Las Olas Boulevard. Known for its luxury condos and townhomes, many with private docks, it offers a peaceful atmosphere close to the vibrant shops, restaurants, and beaches of Las Olas. It's a boater's paradise with easy Intracoastal access.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Hendricks Isle is convenient and offers a variety of options:



Walking: Las Olas Boulevard, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment, is easily walkable from Hendricks Isle. Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the boulevard or explore the charming side streets.



Biking: Biking is a popular way to get around the area. The flat terrain and scenic routes make it a pleasant experience. Bike rentals are often available nearby.



Driving: Having a car provides flexibility for exploring the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Hendricks Isle offers easy access to major roads and highways. However, parking on Las Olas Boulevard can sometimes be challenging, especially during peak season.



Water Taxi: Fort Lauderdale's water taxi service is a fun and convenient way to get around. Several stops are located near Hendricks Isle, providing access to Las Olas, the beach, and other waterfront destinations.
