Guest will have access to backyard + pool but please understand it is a shared area

Guests are not allowed to enter the shed storing the pool tank and control panels

Smoking indoor is prohibited (Includes cigarette, vape, marijuana, etc.). Any signs of indoor smoking will result in a $500 penalty fee.

Marijuana and drugs alike is not allowed on the property, including outdoor areas like the backyard.

Sorry but all pets are not allowed at the moment

All items provided are counted, pictured and tested before check-in, please let us know if anything gets broken or lost to prevent any issues after checking-out.
