Welcome to your bright and modern two-story coastal retreat, the White Sandy Beach Retreat! This home is designed for relaxation and fun for up to six guests.

**Downstairs:**
* Spacious living area with a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa (new mattress) and a smart TV.
* Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a coffee bar.
* Dining table and additional seating at the kitchen bar.
* A gorgeous Florida room leading to a private patio with a flat-top grill.
* Front patio area with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.

**Upstairs:**
* Main Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
* Second Bedroom: Queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a smart TV – perfect for families.
* Second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo located in the hall.

Guests will enjoy complete and private access to the entire townhome, including the front and back patios. Your stay includes the convenience of self-check-in with a keyless lock. Two dedicated parking spaces are provided directly in front of the unit at no extra cost.

Additionally, you will have full access to all the amenities within the Gulf Highlands resort community.

Your host, Sheila, is readily available by phone, text, or direct message to answer any questions and ensure you have a wonderful stay. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your visit.

* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire duration of the stay.
* A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
* A $200 damage deposit hold will be placed on a credit card prior to arrival and released after a satisfactory post-stay inspection.
* A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing pets (maximum of two).
* Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles. Additional passes, trailer, or boat parking are not available.
* Detailed check-in instructions, including the address and keyless entry code, will be emailed approximately 10 days before your arrival.

We were in PCB for a soccer tournament. We didn't have extra time to enjoy the amenities but were pleasantly surprised at everything provided for them. The house was extremely clean and smelled great! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen provided a great space and everything we needed. Thanks for the washer and dryer. Logan always went out of the house with clean uniforms on. We had trouble getting in the house with the keypad and Sheila called me and helped us find out that we had locked the door lock on our way out. Sheila is a wonderful host and communicated with me every step of the way before we got there. We will keep her on our list and visit again!

5 star stay! Has everything you could need and more on property. I have very high standards on cleanliness and this property was phenomenal. All the beach necessities, the bikes were a big hit, felt extremely safe in gated community, supplies for all of the activities, and great communication. Will definitely be back with our family!! Perfect Getaway

The beach cottage was so neat and everything we needed was at our fingertips! The beds were super cozy and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! We had a truly great experience!

Our journey to the Florida Panhandle began in 2018 when our son was stationed here. I (Sheila) had the privilege of driving across the country with his family as they relocated from his California post, and I immediately fell in love with this stunning area. I kept coming back year after year, always drawn to the beauty of the Gulf Coast. In the summer of 2022, when we learned that our son and his family were moving to a new post, we decided it was time to make this paradise our own. After some searching, we found the perfect spot in December of 2024—our very own White Sandy Beach Retreat was born!

We opted for this specific resort view property because of it's close proximity to the beach (literally across the street from the Front Street Pedestrian Gate) and the loads of amenities. With 11 pools on the grounds and the Beach House/Restaurant/Bar with a private pool for guests directly on the beach, you'll never feel crowded. There's tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball courts and 18-hole mini golf/putt-putt so there's always something to do! The gated community with 24/HR security/patrol allows for relaxing and safe atmosphere. Our back patio opens to the shuffleboard and mini golf area (free) and a pool so you never have to worry about the kids, you can sit out back and watch them play while you grill. Oh, and if you're wanting to stay on your gym routine, we've got you covered, there is a gym on property and all of this is included in your stay!

The Gulf Coast is truly a magical place, with its powdery white sandy beaches and vibrant aqua blue waters. Our hope is that you’ll love and enjoy it just as much as we do, and we can’t wait for you to experience the beauty of this wonderful area. There are so many things to do whether is dining and dancing or just hanging out to the loads of shopping at Pier Park to the tons of family-oriented attractions. You can even just relax by any of the 11 pools in the community, on the beach or by the pool on the beach, there are just so many options!
