Avon Pier is a first floor, garden view 2-bedroom,1.5-bathroom suite.

Avon Pier offers all the luxury and amenities you would expect from Watermen's Retreat, at the lowest nightly rate in our resort. This suite features teak floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed, a full modern kitchen with a granite cocktail bar. The living room features leather furniture, a flat screen smart TV, cable and Apple TV. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV with cable. There is one full bath with a bathtub shower combo and a half bathroom. The king bedroom and living area have access to the east facing deck with a view over the entrance of the resort.

Guests of Watermen's Retreat get kite launching and landing access at REAL Watersports and 10% off at the REAL Watersports Rental Shop.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi internet access, Tesla & EV charging station, an in-suite washer and dryer, base level secure gear storage, covered parking, an elevator and quick access to REAL Watersports and Watermen's Bar & Grill. All Watermen's Retreat properties include bed linens, made beds upon arrival, bathroom towels, drip style coffee maker, coffee filters, salt & pepper, dishwasher soap tabs, dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels.

Our two-bedroom water view and garden view suites are named after three piers that extend into the Atlantic Ocean and produce some of the best surfing and fishing along the Outer Banks: Rodanthe Pier, Frisco Pier and Avon Pier.
