Mermaid Manor is a beautifully remodeled 2BR/2BA condo which sits on a peaceful canal and just two blocks from the soft sandy beach. With waterfront views from every room, this is your perfect blend of relaxation and convenience — walk to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream spots, and the lively John’s Pass Village. Plus, you're only a short drive from the cultural buzz of downtown St. Petersburg.

The unit was very clean and well-appointed. Kitchen very adequately stocked with dishes. I like that there were seasoning there for cooking. Nice that there were beach towels, beach chairs, toys, wagon and cooler for the beach. Great location for the beach - short walk. Quiet area. Gas grill and outdoor tables nice options.

Lovely and convenient.

The condo is beautifully done with everything you need. It is so convenient to the beach and even includes beach chairs and sand toys. The canal is so peaceful. Communication with the hosts was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the waterfront condo! Being on the water was tranquil and relaxing, especially in the evenings when the weather cooled down and the ocean breeze started. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Location is great! It is near the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking is easy, just a few steps outside the door. The owners thought of everything possible to make it comfortable and enjoyable. They are so kind and accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. We highly recommend this property and will stay there again on our next trip to the area.

Beyond Expectations

First time user of VRBO. Sooooo much better than a hotel. Convenient location. Nice pool. Right on the canal for viewing/relaxing. Dolphins and manatee come through the canal -very cool. Very clean, excellent beds. Lots of convenient items (i.e. beach chairs, beach bags, boogie board, even fishing poles). Electronic checkin and checkout. App for laundry.

Great stay at great condo

Active 70 year olds, adult daughter stayed 3 days. Everything brand new post hurricane. One of the most thoughtfully appointed condos we have ever stayed in. Everything for a day at the beach or to cook for dinner. Easy 5 minute walk to the shore of Gulf of Mexico. For all of you planning to stay, take care of the unit so it is nice when we return.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful property! Dock for fishing was fun. Pool was clean. Saw dolphins swimming in the canal one day. Condo had everything we needed and communication with owner was always very prompt. Less than 2 blocks to Public Beach access which we walked walked with the kids each day. 5 minutes to Johns Pass. Overall wonderful experience.

Our stay at this Treasure Island condo was absolutely perfect! This last-minute idea to host my wife’s cousin, Sandy, and her family turned out to be an unforgettable experience, thanks to Roberta and Perry’s exceptional hospitality.From the moment we booked, Roberta and Perry made everything seamless. They greeted us personally upon arrival, provided a parking pass, and even brought an extra beach chair to accommodate us. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the condo — everything was clean, well-furnished, and thoughtfully prepared.The location was ideal, just a 5-minute stroll to the beach and close to John’s Pass, where we enjoyed the Seafood Fest after a fun-filled day. The property also offered peaceful views by the water and the option to fish or relax by the dock.Although my wife, daughter, and I headed home after dinner since out daughter had school the next day, Sandy and her family stayed until Monday and appreciated the flexibility to check out by 2 PM.This condo provided the perfect space to bond and create lasting family memories. My wife loved it so much that she’s already marked it as a favorite for future visits!Thank you, Roberta and Perry, for an amazing stay — we can’t wait to return!

We are originally from the Atlanta area but fell in love with Treasure Island in 2016 and immediately bought our first vacation rental following our first visit. Fast forward to covid when we decided that it was the time to move to this wonderful area and we have never looked back. We enjoy golfing, fishing, kayaking and taking care of our garden and fruit trees but our favorite thing to do is walk the beautiful beaches! Mermaid Manor is our happy place, our guest house and a great family gathering location. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!
