Zu Gast bei Nick Herman
Hi, we’re thrilled you’ve chosen to stay at our home at 1313 Blue Ridge Drive!
I’m Nick, and my partner Erin and I are lifelong Green Bay locals who absolutely love this city and everything it offers—especially the unbeatable Packers spirit that brings people together year-round. We’re huge fans ourselves (game days are sacred around here!), and we adore sharing our corner of Titletown with visitors who want to soak it all in.
We picked this quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on the west side because it ’s the perfect sweet spot: just three short blocks from Lambeau Field for that easy walk to games, concerts, or Titletown vibes, yet tucked away on a peaceful, tree-lined street where you can truly relax after the excitement. Seconds from Highway 41 means you’re never far from downtown, shopping, great eats, or even quick escapes to Door County. We love how it feels like a real home base—cozy and approachable, not overrun by commercial hustle.
As hosts, we’re all about making your stay feel special and effortless. We pour that same passion into keeping the place spotless, well-stocked, and ready for fun—whether you’re here for a Packers weekend, family getaway, or just unwinding in the heated pool/hot tub and epic heated garage hangout. Erin and I enjoy chatting about local spots (hidden gems for cheese curds, anyone?), recommending tailgate must-dos, or sharing why Green Bay’s community vibe is so special. We’re responsive, easygoing, and genuinely excited to help make your trip memorable.
Thanks for trusting us with your stay—we can’t wait to welcome you and hope you leave feeling like part of the neighborhood! If you need tips on where to catch the game buzz or the best local bites, just ask.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
• Unbeatable proximity to Lambeau Field & Titletown — Just 3 short blocks (an easy, safe walk) from the iconic stadium and the vibrant Titletown District. Guests get immersed in Packers energy for games, concerts, or events at the Resch Center—without the heavy traffic jams or parking hassles that hit spots farther out. Many “near Lambeau” listings are 0.5–1+ miles away; this spot delivers true walkability.
• Quiet, family-friendly residential feel — Tucked in a peaceful, tree-lined street of well-kept single-family homes, it offers a relaxed, suburban vibe away from the nonstop buzz of Oneida Street or Lombardi Avenue. Neighbors are friendly, streets stay calm outside game days, and it’s ideal for groups wanting to unwind after tailgating or exploring—unlike busier commercial-adjacent areas.
• Convenient access to everything Green Bay offers — Seconds from Highway 41 for quick drives to downtown, shopping (Bay Park Square), dining, the airport, or even Door County escapes. Nearby grocery stores make stocking up effortless—no long hauls needed.
• Year-round appeal in a sports-obsessed city — In cold-weather Green Bay, being this close means guests can walk to stadium events or Titletown fun, then retreat to your heated pool/hot tub/garage setup. The neighborhood’s central location shines for Packers weekends, family trips, or off-season visits—boosting bookings from fans and travelers alike.
In short, this spot nails the sweet spot: ultra-convenient to the excitement that draws people to Green Bay, yet in a quiet, approachable neighborhood that feels like a real home base. That’s what makes it a guest favorite and keeps the reviews glowing. 🏈✨

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig
• Ultra-close to Lambeau — Just 3 blocks (easy walk) from the stadium, closer than many “walkable” listings 0.5–1 mile away. Quick Highway 41 access + nearby grocery store means effortless arrivals and game-day convenience without traffic hassles.
• Epic backyard oasis — Fully fenced private yard with heated in-ground pool (open into late fall), huge patio with heaters, oversized grill (3,300+ sq in for group feasts), and a year-round 6-person hot tub (crystal-clear, weekly maintenance). Few Green Bay spots offer this level of luxurious, all-season outdoor fun.
• Heated garage turned party HQ — A true standout: large heated space with multiple big TVs (85” + 65” highlights), tons of seating, and room for games or tailgating. In cold-weather Green Bay, this weather-proof hangout zone gets rave reviews for pre/post-game vibes—most listings have basic garages or none at all.
• Entertainment-packed indoors — 7 Samsung smart TVs, dual living areas, modern kitchen with new LG appliances, hardwood floors + cozy rugs. Perfect for groups (families or 3 couples) who want space to spread out and endless viewing options.
• Luxury meets approachable vibe — Immaculately clean, relaxing, and memorable—ideal for Packers games, concerts, or family getaways. Guests love how it elevates a trip beyond standard stays.
