Overall close to perfect. Pool was cold but that didn’t keep the kids from loving it. Small issue with fireplace but taken care of promptly. Location close to everything we wanted to do in the area. We would recommend it to any family group.

Our family of ten stayed in this beautiful cabin over Christmas! The owner and staff were extremely responsive to our needs and solved an issue we had very quickly. The cabin was clean and had lots of amenities. I would highly recommend this property for a family function.

Everyone was so kind and understanding. Some things could not be helped ( propane) do to other circumstances by vendors and weather. Was taken care of as soon as possible. Was offered gift basket and wood for inconvenience. Would stay again if the occasion should come up.

Wonderful cabin in the mountains!

The cabin was beautiful, just as pictured, and so perfect for our family stay. The hosts were wonderful with communicating with us, and everything was so clean and ready for us when we arrived. Thank you for making our visit to TN a vacation to remember!

We had an amazing time! The house is better than it even looks in the pictures. The view is gorgeous, and it was spotless when we arrived. While we were out a lot, we made great use of the outdoor hot tub when we were home.

One of the most amazing vacation homes available in this area. Very convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge. The amount of space for everyone is fantastic. The views are EVERYTHING. Beds are comfortable, fridge space very convenient and helpful. The host was very accommodating and brought a new coffee maker when we realized the one there wasn't working. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house. It is fabulous. The only thing I would have wanted to know is that the driveway pulling up to the house is a very steep close to 60 degree angle and if we hadn't been in SUV's or trucks, definitely would have scraped the car so dive a higher off the ground vehicle when adventuring here. I'd give 10 stars if that was possible. Would love to make this one our yearly adventure home when we come up here.

The place was very well kept and up to date. Indoor pool was great for the whole family. The views were unbelievable! Close enough to pigeon forge to get there quickly yet just far enough away from everything. We would recommend this to anyone. Great for large families or multiple families. Plenty to do if you just wanna stay at the cabin and not go do things as well!

Amazing stay at Crown Point Lodge!

Crown Point was a great property to have our family reunion! The property has a great outdoor covered patio with a wonderful fireplace and big screen TV. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was nice and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The downstairs pool area was beautiful! The lower patio has a hot tub with amazing views! The property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Beautiful views from every area in the house. The staff at mountain vibes was responsive and great to work with! I would highly recommend this property!

This place has it all!

This house is great, but the endless panoramic views from the house patio totally stole the show—perfect place to relax and recharge. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt peaceful and private, yet still close enough to other recreational locations in the area. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom, the pool in the basement, the game room and the movie theater room. Communication with the owners was very smooth and check in and check out was simple. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway with unbeatable views!

Fantastic Vacation

This new house is beautiful and the views are even better. Thanks for the experience. We enjoyed it very much. Kitchen fully stocked. The indoor pool was super fun for cooling off. Close to Pigeon forge and plenty of activities. We'll be coming back!

I’ll start with the positives. The views were stunning. The porch’s and outdoor fire pit and corn horn/putting green area were great. However, the interior of the property was a huge disappointment. The indoor ‘pool’ is maybe 5 foot across and at max, three foot deep. Pool is a loose definition. There are multiple spots in the flooring that is in serious need of repair. There is even a spot in one of the bedrooms upstairs that has a large piece of clear plastic tape covering it, as a nail or screw beneath the floor is trying to surface. Two of the couches have multiple torn seams. The throw pillows on the couch were completely torn at the seams. Throw pillows are cheap. And it was beyond tacky to find these multiple issues in this home. For the price that was paid to stay at this property, there shouldn’t have been tons throw pillows and couches. I reached out to the property managers to give them a heads up and to try to resolve the issues. And I was offered an apology. No, please do better.

Anniversary Celebration Trip

The property met all our expectations, plenty of parking, very spacious. We enjoyed the deck adjoining the main level. Everyone would gather, converse, have their coffee and plan their day's activities. The children enjoyed the pool and all enjoyed the theatre room! This was the perfect size for our group (10 Adults & 4 Children). It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary with family. Thank you.

Great views Great location Great House

House was beautiful and well located to quickly get into Pigeon Forge while still having fantastic views. Watching the fireworks from Dollywood every night from our porch was a cool plus. Lots of small items provided that made stay better. Pack and play...high chairs etc. Pool was excellent for small children and fun for older kids as well. The outside porch with the TV and fireplace provided an excellent hang out at night to watch sports and relax. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept very well. We had a couple of visits from a momma bear and three cubs which was very cool. They walked right up to the porch and onto the parking location. During our stay the basement AC went out but the owner responded quickly and had it running by the next day. Only disappointment was there was not enough bromine in the pool and hot tubs to last the week. Other houses we have stayed at had the pools and hot tubs checked and replenished during the week. We noticed because the hot tub started to get foggy towards the end of the stay which is why we checked. Again owners responded almost immediatly but unfortunately it was our last day and we didn't get to use the hot tub our last night because it was turning greenish may have been fine but didn't want to risk it. Didn't detract from our experience overall but for the price would have liked to be able to utilize the hot tub the entire stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat highly recommend.
