Parking
❖ Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a 3-hour limit during the day (not really patrolled.) To park on the street overnight you need to register your vehicle with the city. Registration is free for three nights, but after that you must pay for the registration. Weekly and monthly permits are available.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay.
For your convenience and peace of mind, accessing the home is simple and secure. A personalized code will be sent directly to your phone before your arrival, allowing you to unlock the door using our smart lock. No need to worry about keys—just arrive, enter your code, and start enjoying your stay!

Guests do need to sign a rental agreement. This will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. Failure to sign the waiver will delay your check in time and refunds will not be given.
Staircase Access: This home is an upper unit so there are stairs, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility challenges.
Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
Smart TV: The TV is equipped with popular streaming apps. Guests must log in with their own accounts.
Home Essentials Provided: We’ve stocked the home with basic toiletries, laundry supplies, and kitchen essentials for your convenience.
Pets: SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED. Some people have ruined it for others.
We welcome pets, but please let us know the breed of your pet so we can confirm whether it's allowed in the building. It's important to be upfront about bringing a pet, as failure to do so may result in your reservation being canceled. A maximum of two pets are allowed. If a pet is discovered after check-in without prior approval, the cleaning fee will double.
In line with our unwavering dedication to prioritizing the safety and security of all guests, we have implemented a thorough screening process preceding each booking. This process includes stringent ID verification and the submission of a selfie, designed to foster a secure environment for all. Please be advised that any flagged IDs may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Furthermore, guests residing within a 50-mile radius must adhere to a minimum booking requirement of two nights, as per building policy. Or stay will be declined
To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

$1000 fine - Strict No Smoking or Vaping in the Unit or Building.
$500 fine - Tampering with a Ring Camera, Noise Sensor, or Smoke Detector.
