The villa is just 1.6 Km. from the Beach and to Elviria Center, 8 Km. or 8 minutes drive to Marbella city and 12 minutes to Puerto Banus. 1200 mt to 3 five star hotels like Don Carlos Hotel, Marriott Marbella Beach Resort and Vincci Estrella del Mar Hotel, and walking distance to the sandy beaches.
The villa has pool heated at an additional cost of 400euros that you can paid this on arrival. This is compulsory for all months except for July and August.
Please inform us at least a week before your arrival so the pool can reach the right temperature.

For Late Arrivals after 9pm, there is an extra charge of Euro 50.

This Andalusian style building offers you a nice private pool and a spacious garden for children to play, secured and alarmed, 2 large terraces; each terrace can accommodate 12 persons, both have wooden sun loungers, table, chairs and parasols, and two barbecues. In the back terrace you can enjoy reading a book with the sound of the water coming from an antique fountain, this area also offers you sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols, table and chairs and has a direct access to the kitchen. From this terrace you have nice mountains and golf see views.
