Thanks bernie for your review. All the things you mentioned were repaired and broken things trough away, about the chairs for sure i know that was not intentional but that is how the program works. if something was reported broke during any stay owners has to report it and claim. thanks

Mykel we really appreciate Your comments. Like I told you we are waiting for the stove burner and the technician .is going to be ready in couple of days . the stove is new and still in warranty . Hot water was fixed for one of the restrooms. They are 2 more restrooms with solar power and another hot water jackusi in the master room A new stainless steel bbq grill was install in the swimming pools . Cleaning girl is new . We can go over her I know she is going to do perfect next time . She is a very nice girl . We live in a island some noises are expected . I enjoy the noises of Puerto Rico in the morning a lot . The a/ c unit that you reported the only thing the handyman do was turn off and turn on and start working normally because all ac in the house are new too . We are always over the house maintenance. This is very important for us .

Hi Natalie . Water pressure was because the Cabo rojo water system plant was in maintenance . Furniture was repaired.
