This Modern Walk-In condo provides over 1000 square feet of lakefront comfort! With two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, the other with two queen-size beds), and a full-size Murphy bed in the living room, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

A spacious great room features a fireplace, a full kitchen with major appliances and cooking utensils, and a dining area. The private, covered balcony offers a peaceful view of Table Rock Lake and the beautiful nature of the Ozarks. Guest comfort and experience is our ultimate goal.

This is a second-floor unit with walk-in access from parking there is no elevator in the building. ​​​​​​​

The location is excellent and the property management is very responsive. This wasn’t the cleanest unit we’ve stayed in but we will be back.

Location was perfect and the space had all the beds and lounge space we needed for our short trip. The pillows were all very lumpy and small, so I would recommend bringing your own if you require a quality pillow. Blinds were warped in both bedrooms so they didn't close correctly to block-out light and heat, it would be great for the owners to invest in blackout curtains for these rooms due to the positioning of the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The beds were comfy- the pool was very farm away, the place was not clean. The floors were very dirty, the vent in the kitchen was covered in dust- which our toddler kept trying to play with- and the rug was so so so so dirty. It turned all our feet black.

Nice property

Overall, nice property with a beautiful view of the lake. A few notes… beds are ok- just metal frames. Couch is not comfortable- more of a sitting area- not lounge around living room. Did not care for the ring camera - just don’t care for themIn general- don’t appreciate me being on camera. No deadbolt/other way to lock the front door from the inside Clean property Texting system with the front office is very helpful

Lights were not plugged in at outlets, light in hallway kept flashing when it was turned off. Other than TV no remotes worked or had batteries in them. I dropped something with the two queen beds. It rolled under the bed, when I went to retrieve it I found a mess. The dust was terrible but there was a can with small wrappers as well as paper. The second bed had as much dust with wrappers as well. Door to the patio sticks and weather strip is half destroyed. Don’t think we will return.
