This lovely private townhouse is situated in the grounds of the luxury Nonsuch Bay Resort on the east coast of Antigua, nestled in one of the many inlets found in the reef protected bay.

The property enjoys access to the resort's private beach, and also Breeze restaurant with pool and day club (see photos!). This beautiful townhouse enables guests to relax in their own private space with private pool, while also taking advantage of the resort facilities.

This spacious property is accessed on the ground floor via a gated courtyard. The foyer leads to two ground floor en-suite bedrooms (a master suite and a double), both with french windows leading out to the terrace and pool. Both bedrooms enjoy full en-suite bathrooms, and the master has a walk-in wardrobe.

The staircase leads to the upper floor and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining and open onto an upper terrace overlooking the private swimming pool below. Also on the upper floor is a twin bedroom with bathroom.

The villa offers wonderful high ceilings and French windows to ensure plenty of natural ventilation from the trade winds, and is also fully air conditioned to provide additional cooling comfort.

There is parking at the property, and cars can be hired either for pickup at the airport, or dropped off to the property ready for arrival.

Location:
The property is situated on a row of townhouses, in a peaceful corner of Nonsuch Bay Resort. The resort beach and restaurant are accessible on foot, but there is a steep hill so most guests do prefer to drive over and parking can be found on the front of the resort.
