Gary's Beach Getaway is a Beautiful home that was just remodeled and is steps from the Gulf! One of the only homes left with a gulf view from the home! This amazing 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sleeps 7-8! It is a duplex with a shared portion of the deck. We have everything you need to stay as if it is your home! From the kitchen to the beach including: Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Towels, cooler and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand! The public beach access is 20 steps from the front door!

Everything is NEW! just remodeled and it's beautiful!! We have everything you could possibly need! Blender, coffee pot, mixer, baking sheets, plenty of plates, glasses, cooking utensils, and pots and pans! We have beach stuff too! Chairs, umbrella, red beach cart, floats and kids beach toys and an outdoor shower to wash off the sand. With Geni concierge, anything we don't have we can get you. Rainy day got you down, not anymore! We have just added Brand new garage/car themed game room!! Foosball, Pool table, old school arcade with 70 games, board games, 65” TV, coffee station and popcorn machine! Perfect place for the family to enjoy in rainy days! Big deck in the back right outside the gameroom kitchette, propane grill and fire pit! Additional game console available to use for small deposit. Fees may apply depending on item. We also team up with Geni concierge where your wish is our command! No wish is too big or too small. We can make all your vacation wishes come true!

I live here so you can get me anytime you need me! We also can stock your groceries and beer, pick you up from the airport, schedule hair and makeup, tell you where all the best places are and even schedule you a massage!

Conveniently located close to everything. 10 min from groceries and surrounded by great restaurants! We have a guest book with tons of info! Coupons for every adventure you could want and a concierge service for anything you need! Just ask Heidi, your super host with the most!

We have 2 parking spots at the home if you reserve ahead of time we can have up to 4 parking spots at the home. There is Uber, lyft and beach boys shuttle all available! We also have a Rental concierge service (Heidi) to get you anything you need if planned in advance!

Age Requirement for booking is 25 years old. Our insurance is strict The person booking, paying and staying must be at least 25.

We do not allow pets at this time.

*No smoking Inside ($250 fee if you smoke inside)
*Do not go in the other duplex side of deck.
* No more than 8 guests
*Please keep it quiet (especially outside) after 10PM
*Please no red/colored drinks anywhere but in the kitchen
*If you Open it please Close it
*If you Turn it ON please Turn it OFF
*Please report all damage immediately.
*If you are caught with an unregistered service animal you will be charged a pet fee. No Pets are not allowed on the property at this time.
