Lazy Oaks: Charming cabin on pond with A/C in delightful Little York, Illinois

Your cozy getaway awaits in Little York at this delightful cabin. This charming retreat, nestled on 11 wooded acres, overlooks a fully stocked private pond which guests are welcome to do some catch and release fishing from. A rowboat and a paddle boats are available for your use. Life jackets are required and provided. There is a fire pit that guests are welcome to enjoy as they unwind from their day.

The cabin is quite cozy and rustic. It features a bedroom with a comfy full size bed, a cozy living room with a day bed that can sleep 2 , and all the essentials like a washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, heating, and AC. The bathroom has a shower only. While drinking water is supplied, the water from the faucets is non-potable. You will have access to an 850 gallon tank of water for non consumable use. In the event that you use more than this during your stay, you will need to contact the owner to replenish at a fee of $100.
