This room is what was The Island Falls Opera House’s office area. Used back in the heydays of the building now repurposed into an extremely comfy and charming rental mini suite!

If you wish to have food provided for you during your stay from our Lounge kitchen, even on closed days, with proper notice we are able to feed you still!! Order anything off our menu and we will deliver it to your room!! Available for dinner time only between hours of 5PM and 11PM!! If you are booking with the expectation of this service please mention it in your initial message to us letting us know you intend to dine here. Thanks so much!!

In the event of a service animal staying, please no pets on furniture. A $50 fee will be imposed if found that these rules are not followed. We appreciate your consideration of our request :-)

Guest Theatre Block is $50 for 3 hours of private 1920’s theatre use, plus the cost of the movie. Price varies by title. Watch any movie of your choice here in an original 1920’s movie theatre! Inquire for details! Popcorn and beverages available!!

This is a very large and very old building that up until recently it had been vacant and closed to everyone for the last 20 or so years! Please be aware that we are in the process of making needed repairs and preservations to keep the place in good standing for many more years to come. We will engage only in minimal noise repair activities at any time guests are on the premises as to assure a pleasant stay! We greatly appreciate your coming and being a part of what we are doing! Every penny of Vrbo income will be invested directly into the building!!
