The Space:

Step outside your door and feel the gentle salt breeze drifting in from the Gulf. Stroll along shaded paths, bike to the beach in minutes, or pause for a coffee at a nearby café. "High Tide" places you in the heart of Greenway Park, where relaxed days by the water blend with evenings under starry skies and the comfort of home just steps away.

Heated Pool

Enjoy our beautiful community pool, which is heated year-round for your comfort!

The pool is heated on days when the outside air temperature is above 50°F.

Please note: The pool heater is unable to operate and will automatically shut off when the outside temperature drops to 50°F or below to ensure efficient operation.



What We Provide (Starter Supplies):

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom
