In order to bring a boat you must fill out a registration form for approval by the HOA. The dock accommodates any vessel up to 32', Jet Skis Cannot Use a Boat Slip. The HOA needs the portion of the insurance policy showing the limits of coverages, which in order to be approved, needs to show at least $100,000 Liability coverage and $500,000 Environmental Damage Coverage. No Exceptions!
