Hi Anais, Thanks for your review. I'm glad your stay was mostly good and I appreciate the feedback both good and bad. I am working on getting a water filtration system and softener but they are very expensive so working on saving the money for that. The sheets that I have purchased two months ago seem to hold any oil including laundry soap stains so I guess the only recourse is to buy new sheets and have already done so. Unfortunately fast speed internet is not readily available in these parts. I have included a wifi hotspot for people to use with their phones or tablets but it does not have the capability to allow streaming of a TV. I provide a variety of DVD's for people to watch including some that are very special to the area and most of my guests have enjoyed the selection. I'm sure to keep up with the times I will get smart tv's and internet but for now it's not something I can offer. I will work on addressing the spiders. Thanks so much for the kind words, yes I completely understand the curb appeal is something I have been trying to work on. The whole place was a complete dump a year ago and slowly but surely I was able to contain all the "junk/randomness" in two areas. I have plans to have a work weekend coming up soon to sort thru and dispose, I was letting the plants grow wild to see what would grow with little to no maintenance. Once I know what grows well thru the seasons I will clean it up a bit. Trust me I have big plans for the place but I had to start renting it to gain some income and it took off, It's been rented every weekend since March when I listed it. I work M-F and I have three year old twins. I do hope you will come back and visit and It will be a lot different. The second entrance will be a 1/2 bathroom/Laundry room and It is "in progress" no flooring yet that's why the big gap under the door. I need to get on that I have other guests note that as well. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and also congratulations on the Gator! Make sure to come back and check out the progress :)
