I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the issues you reported: the oven door alignment, the dishwasher and washing machine odors, and the dryer performance. We’ll service or replace appliances as needed and review the unit’s update/refresh timeline to ensure the listing reflects current conditions. We’ll also add a note for future guests about parking on the 11th level to help avoid lengthy elevator waits.
