Very nice property, and staff. Nice location close enough to town but also far enough away to have it very quiet at night, if wanted. Food by the pool was good, not so good for breakfast or all inclusive plan. But overall, very nice hotel and location. Would definitely go back!

Just a wonderful place to stay with everything we could ever ask for. "Welcome home" is the greeting you receive from the valet as you arrive. The property is five star with service to match that rating. The villa itself is remarkable and truly makes you feel at home.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our 4th stay at Estancia and our second time in Crystal’s unit. Her unit is well maintained, has everything you would need in the kitchen and has a wonderful view!! Amazing Cabo Vacation

My family of 5 has stayed at the Estancia in both Cabo and Nuevo Vallarta and this unit and the owner were our favorite yet! The unit is beautiful and newly decorated with updated appliances, and a beautiful, very large balcony with amazing views. Crystal was extremely easy to work with and we were pleasantly surprised with welcome margaritas, guac and chips our first day there. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return. Thank you Crystal for another wonderful Cabo vacation!

VRBO Review

I've stayed at La Estancia three times and it's a great time every trip. This room is beautifully decorated, modern, and spacious. The price per night is reasonable and there is lots to do on or near the property. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always have a smile for you. The owner of the property, Crystal, was very attentive and quick to reply to e-mails when a potential travel problem arose. I would recommend this room / property to everyone. Awesome

I would definitely stay again. Villa nice ,clean, spacious, easy to get to downtown and not costly from resort. Pablo was awesome greeted us with chips and drinks as a welcome , great way to start the trip. He also made our reservations for ATV and beach massages, thanks a bunch :). Maid service is every other day. Resort is great the pub by the pool learning our names and gave us a great going travel back surprise the last day at breakfast :) Will definitely come back to Cabo and definitely stay in this villa. Thank you crystal for easy communication:)

Clean, beautiful views, something for everyone

Loved the unit and the added touch of drinks with chips, guacamole and salsa when we arrived. The only "complaint" I have would be to let future guests know that in order for the a/c to work, the bedroom slider must be closed and locked. We had ours closed and locked and were so hot that I finally called the front desk at 1am. The sensor is super sensitive and I had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to literally yank on the handle so the sensor would work and the a/c turn on. I would have the sensors checked cause it was a pain to keep waking up hot and having to yank on the door again even though it was already closed and locked. Other than that, GREAT!! We will be staying here again.

Family of 4 vacation to Cabo

We are a family of four with two boys aged 6 and 9. This place was amazing! Beautifully kept and decorated, Debra (the property manager) was excellent to deal with and our vacation was superb! A few things to note: 1. The master bedroom is quite seperated from the "kids bedroom". I brought a baby monitor with me tho so we could hear if there were any issues and so it was totally fine for us! 2. It would have been helpful if simple things like coffee filters were in the room rather than having to buy a large pack which we only used 7. Other than those two things the place was perfect and we will definitely go back. As for the resort, it was beautiful although the Eatancia pool was VERY quiet but we took the kids to the pool at the Palmar everyday and it was great. And only a quick 2 minute walk. The restaurants were great. I really can't say enough good things!

Even more beautiful in person!

I recently stayed at this condo and I was blown away. I have stayed at all 3 Villa properties and La Estancia is now my favorite. The room was very clean, modern, and had pleanty of space for our mom's/girl's trip. I appreciate that the condo had little things not found in other condos like salt/pepper, cooking spray/oil, paper towels, dish soap, et cetera. Hotel staff were great and on our second day we were surprised by Welcome Drinks and snacks, compliments of the owner. We stopped at Costco on our way to the condo and purchased all our food and the kitchen was big enough to cook everything we wanted. We also used the grill on the deck, which was a nice alternative to the stovetop. La Estancia is quiet but that is what we wanted. Pool was warm, swim up bar was a treat and when we wanted to play beach volleyball we walked a few feet on the beach to Villa Del Palmar. When we wanted to paddle board we walked a few feet to Del Arco-the guide there helped us get the boards into the water and then he gave us a brief tour. I can't say enough about this amazing property and Villa 3509 will not disappoint.

Fantastic Time in Cabo!

I rented this condo for my family of 4 for a spring break trip with 7 other families. We all stayed at La Estancia and I have to say this was one of the nicest units we've rented from via VRBO (have used VRBO in Breckenridge and Orlando). The property manager was very easy to deal with and responded to a couple small questions I had during the week stay. Given we were there in the heart of spring break, there were lots of spring breakers on the beach and at other properties, but the clientele at La Estancia was definitely quieter and respectful of each other, no complaints about loud noise, etc...as management kept tight control on later evening noise. The unit was very nice, photos do it complete justice. The only small complaint I'd have was the dishes were kind of sparse in terms of containers for left overs but we managed as we did eat in quite a bit. All the staff at the condo were first class that we dealt with. The pool food was very good but a tad pricey. Walmart was perfect for grocery shopping but we also did get a couple things at the on-site market which was convenient. The city bus/taxi's were prevalent. Bus to downtown was 12 pesos or $1 USD and there were tons right at the entrance of the property. Free Wifi in the unit worked very well most of the time, I only had to reset the router in the master bedroom a couple times and there was free Wifi down by the pool as well that worked pretty well. That was nice to have so I could keep an eye on work emails. One of the couples sat through a timeshare presentation for the newer unit next door, but there was no high-pressure people around. I think we were approached once at the beginning of our visit and just said we weren't interested. We will definitely be back to the Estancia and I'd love it if we could get this unit again...very pleased overall with the value for our $.

Amazing Place to Stay!

I really feel like we scored in getting the "hurricane season special" on this property at the end of September. We had zero weather issues while we were there Sept 23rd-30th, in fact it didn't even drizzle once! Villa La Estancia is a gorgeous property and the pool area is breathtaking. It was rather quiet while we were there which was great, we nearly had the pool to ourselves most days. There were a lot of friendly people we chatted with, but also a few older people who obviously didn't like having our young kids around (ages 4 & 8). We tried the pool next door at Villa del Palmar as well but whoa, that slide is crazy! It should have a warning sign on it, I don't think it's good for kids, it goes so fast! We much preferred the environment and service at the Villa La Estancia pool, though our kids may not have liked all the rules! No jumping in, no throwing balls or anything, no noise, but they know how to follow rules well and still had a blast! The unit itself is exactly as described and pictured and is wonderful. Having all that space with kids around was such a nice benefit. We went grocery shopping and used the kitchen and grill a ton, both were nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped and there were some basics already in the pantry and fridge like salt/pepper, mustard, oil, etc. Room service was bleh, and we didn't have a menu in the room to begin with, maybe someone was trying to warn us? La Casona is an amazing spot for both breakfast and dinner though and the food at the pool was pretty decent as well. The Estancia Margarita is a must try if you want something not too sweet! We also did the dinner show over at Palmar which was a lot of fun for the kids and the buffet was good. The welcome guacamole and margaritas were great too, thank you for that!! It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit, though we noticed there wasn't any laundry detergent. We bought some at the market to do a couple loads of laundry then noticed at the end of the week it was practically gone, I guess the housekeepers used our soap for the towels? We just saved the rest of our laundry for home though, no big deal. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every shower which was great, you don't have to bother bringing any of that. It would have been nice to have some board games or movies in the room for evening entertainment for families, but we brought dominos and cards so we made do. All in all a great time at a great price!

Even nicer than the photos - beautiful condo and resort

After a long day of travel it was so nice to have Johana waiting with margaritas, chips,salsa and guac and she was very helpful during our stay. The unit is beautiful and the balcony is huge with a great view and morning sunshine/afternoon shade. It’s an easy walk (about 20 min) to downtown Cabo via either the beach or the road or a quick taxi ride. The food and drinks at the resort are very expensive so we mostly ate breakfast and lunch in and went out for dinners. The only things that weren’t provided that we could have used were an extra roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge or something to wash pans, and washcloths in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again if we came back!!

Great two bedroom condo

This condo is clean, very spacious with a large patio. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals as we did not add the resort’s AI option. The owner provided great communication pre arrival and when we had flights cancelled she tried to offer an alternative for us!! Beautiful resort, La Estancia, with great pool on swimmable beach area of Medano Beach. Staying in this resort gives access to neighbouring sister resort pools/restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

- Villa La Estancia is a full ownership resort, not a time-share.- All villas face the Sea of Cortez and surround the Infinity Pool in a “U” shape.- Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.- Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.- Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.- Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.- There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. - There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.- Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  - Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.- Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.- Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.- All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area.  - Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.- All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP.
