Amazing property with gorgeous 360 views of Paros beaches and mountains - surreal views into the distance… maybe the best view on Paros. The house is very well appointed, beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The hosts are warm and caring and treated us like family. We will absolutely come back here soon!

Cleaned daily. Fresh linens every three days. Pool cleaned daily. Best views on the Island hence the name Paros 360!Stay here and enjoy old Greece in a modern setting!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was as promised or better. The property is in a great location with amazing views. The villa was very clean. Everything was very well maintained and you can tell they go through a lot of effort to keep everything fresh and modern. Irini is a great host who communicates very well and with great insights into the area, and met us when we arrived. They have a dedicated housekeeper who does daily refreshes/cleaning of the property that can be done at your convenience. The Terra unit of the property is very private with a good-sized pool and has an incredible amount of very well designed and maintained outdoor living space, so you can choose where you want to be and how much time you want to spend in the sun. The location is close to the port town which you can walk to if you don’t mind the hill, but far enough out of the busyness to feel peaceful. The rest of the island is easy to drive to from there, and Antiparos is a short drive and a short ferry from the villa as well. Plenty of parking at the property as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Loved every minute of our stay. House and pool are a 10 out of 10 but the view is an 11+. Irini and crew did everything they could to make the experience memorable and stress free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best house in Paros

Simply amazing experience. The host was extremely welcoming, thoughtful and helpful as it was our first time in the island. The house was super clean and extremely well equipped. The view is stunning. The house is very large and private. We were all so comfortable there. I could not recommend this property more.

The perfect place to stay!

This vacation was fantastic. The villa was absolutely perfect for our family and friends—each of the 4 bedrooms comfortably had room for two, was impeccably cleaned and maintained and was super comfortable. The house is modern yet had a wonderful Parian charm. The grounds were spectacular but the pool was the best. The views were to both the sea and the mountains, a true 360! The most was extraordinarily responsive and helped organize chef dinners, boat trip, and she gave wonderful suggestions for dinners and outings. We can’t wait to visit again.

When Scott, his family, and friends visited Paros, and even though everything was not perfect, (i.e. late arrival of luggage), they managed to turn it to perfect! They are people with a positive aura and thus they were open to experiencing Paros the best way. I thank them for being my guests in Villa Terra and I will be very glad to accommodate them again!

Awesome Villa

Thank you Irene for our wonderful stay. Appreciate all you did to make our stay "perfect and memorable"! We couldn't have been more satisfied. Great location, beautiful views, and all the amenities were top notch. The villa is beautiful inside and out and suited our group of 8 adults. We loved our gatherings around the pool area and the chef you recommended to cook for us!! Irene was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on Paros. Thanks again and hope to be back in the near future!

Fabulous Home

Terra was an incredible place to enjoy our week on Paros. We were two families with teenagers and had plenty of room. The pool was very clean. The house was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. Anytime we needed something, it was there in minutes. Irini was so helpful and kind. She has taken great care to make this property very beautiful and comfortable for all her visitors. Thank you, Irini!!

Fantastic Experience!!

If we could give this property a 10 Star we would! Irini the host was the best and very responsive to all our needs every day. We stayed for 3 weeks and had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for privacy and lovely spaces to relax. We had good cooks with us and the Kitchen had beyond everything we needed. We were very impressed because we have rented many houses and Irini thought of everything. The daily cleaning service of our rooms and the pool was exceptional. Better than a 5 star hotel. The staff was on the property and were lovely people. Highly recommend this place. We only have good things to say. T & T

Best Experience on Paros

My wife and I stayed with our four adult children /partners to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I wish we could have stayed our entire trip here. We have stayed in many high quality villas, and this is at the top of the list. The property is picture-perfect immaculate, very well maintained and very clean. The setting is on a hillside with 270 degree view of the hillsides and the Aegean Sea and beaches and the most amazing sunsets every night. We had a car but could have walked into the busy port town of Parikia with its wonderful shops and restaurants and night clubs. (The entire island has so much to do and see, a rental car is best.)Our host Irini lived with her husband nearby and was absolutely wonderful and attentive hosts. She asked if we will return someday and we certainly will - for longer than four days next time.
