The location was quite convenient, and the driveway provided ample parking space. The check-in details were provided in advance, simplifying the process of entering the house. However, the house had some imperfections. The stove was in poor condition, and the hot water took a considerable amount of time to warm up. Additionally, the ceiling fan was controlled by the controllers in two adjacent rooms, which prevented me from using it. The most frustrating aspect was the wasp nest on the corner of the front of the house, which should have been removed. Overall we enjoyed our time here comfortable beds

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Greensboro! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The home was exactly as described—spacious, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit.The location was ideal to family and the location we were going to.We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Greensboro. Enjoyed our stay

The house seems like it may have had recent renovations. It was very clean and served the needs of our family of four. There was enough space for all of us and we enjoyed the open concept living area. The A/C worked very well, which was needed as the temps were in the mid to upper 90’s. Thank you!

When we arrived, it looked and smelled freshly cleaned. In fact, I'm nearly certain there were small patches of liquid cleaner on the floor in 3-4 spots.The house is definitely setup for renters with empty closets and fridge plus a few available drawers in bedrooms. I really liked the art in the family room and there were nice touches throughout to prevent it from feeling bare.The best part, you get what you see. I found the online photos to be accurate to the experience.There were two downsides, both of which could be easily solved. In the bathrooms, there is a significant lack of towel racks, hooks or anything else that will let you keep a towel nearby and then have space to dry. It was so obvious my teenage daughters even mentioned it.The second item was hot water in the primary bedroom. For the size of the house, I was surprised to find in mid-April it could take up to 2 minutes to get hot water to the sink. That was only after I figured out someone reversed the hot & cold in the bathroom off the primary bedroom.

We arrived to the appearance and smell of a very clean home. As evening fell we found that the only lamp in the living room did not work - the knob used to turn it on and off had been broken off. The showers in the bathroom both leaked at the joint where the shower head attaches to the pipe coming out of the wall. The shower in the hall bath sprayed water ALL OVER the bathroom over the top of the shower curtain. It took 2 bath towels to mop up the mess. We had to tighten the joints ourselves in order to use the bathrooms. The ceiling fans/lights in the master and the twin bed room operated on the same frequency which was a problem. I sent a text to the host number listed and 13 hours later received a text response that said, ”ok, thanks for letting me know”. The clothes dryer took over three hours to dry every load including the 2 bath towels we had to wash after we mopped up the bathroom. There are no hooks or towels bars in the bathrooms and no place to put the wet towels or to even hang your pajamas or clothes for use after your shower. There were 6 of us (the known number of guests)and there were place settings of silverware and dishes for 4. We were in town for an athletic competition and the loud music played out of the neighbors cars at night were less than conducive to the sleep that was needed.
