Willkommen in Springville, CA, nur 3 Stunden nördlich von LA und 3,5 Stunden südlich von San Jose am Fuße der Sierra. Wir sind 90 Minuten südlich des Sequoia-Nationalparks und 45 Minuten westlich des Balch-Parks, der Heimat der größten Bäume der Welt.
Dies ist das perfekte Haus für eine große Gruppe, 5 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder (3 der Schlafzimmer sind Suiten mit eigenem Bad) und viele Außenbereiche zu genießen. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 10 Personen, bietet aber Platz für mehr, ideal für große Gruppen, Hochzeiten, Versammlungen oder Familienurlaube.
Unser Haus befindet sich auf dem 13. Fairway direkt gegenüber dem Clubhaus des River Island Country Club. Es hat einen privaten Pool, umzäunt für die Sicherheit und ist bereit für Ihre Gruppe. Genießen Sie Boccia, Corn Hole, jede Menge Brettspiele und 2 BBQs (Gas & Deep Pit Charcoal). Wir haben HD Direct TV mit den meisten Filmkanälen und in jedem Raum ein Sonos-Musiksystem mit Pandora, XM, Spotify und anderen Musikdiensten.
Wir haben gerade ein wundervolles Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Tischtennis, Dartgitarren und vielen anderen lustigen Sachen gebaut. Dies ist ein großer, klimatisierter Raum zum Entspannen und Erholen. Es ist bei unseren Gästen zum Lieblingsplatz im Haus geworden.
Das gesamte Haus wurde kürzlich isoliert und eine neue Klimaanlage installiert, damit das Haus bei Ihrer bevorzugten Temperatur bleibt.
Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine Eismaschine sowie eine zweite im Spielzimmer. Hier ist ausreichend Platz für alle Speisen und Getränke Ihrer Gruppe.
Wir haben die Wohnbereiche im Freien entworfen, um das perfekte Springville-Wetter zu nutzen. Es ist ein wunderbares Haus für Ihre große Gruppe. Bevorzugte Startzeiten stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Wir befinden uns in den Ausläufern der Sierra, so dass Sie nach einer kurzen Fahrt die größten Bäume der Welt sehen oder den Fluss Tule erkunden können. Sie können sogar ein paar Riesenmammutbäume aus dem Hinterhof sehen.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space for family and friends this one is a perfect fit. It’s very clean and great for spending time with friends and family. The property manager is great to work with and gets back to you immediately would definitely stay at this property again. Perfect for golf trips, family visits and relaxing with friends.

What a great home. We spent most of the day at Lake Success, this place was only 3 miles away, making it very convenient for us. After a day at the lake the family had a great time in the pool and the game room. This place had everything to our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely return.

Perfect Golf Getaway

We have been staying here for the past 6 years and every year the owner of this property does something to upgrade the property making each year better then the last. We love staying near the golf course and relaxing in the pool in the late afternoon. Another great trip.

This property has it all from books, games galore and the wonderful pool that we spent many hours in. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great weekend

Our stay in Springville was great. We had a group of 10 and the house fit us perfect! We had room to gather and enough space to unwind and recharge. The pool worked out terrific. We are excited to see how the golf course looks in the future. The house had everything we expected and we even had some little frog surprises in the evening that was really cool.

Family Wedding

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed breakfast each morning outside on the large covered porch. The location was good. We had a wedding to attend in Porterville and went the other direction for a day in the mountains. We even drove to the coast for a beach day.

Perfect for our multigenerational family get-together

The house perfectly accommodated ten family members of 3 generations for our stay. We took some day trips to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, as well as to the Trail of 100 Giants in Sequoia National Forest which were all beautiful. We were able to get back to the house in the afternoons with plenty of time to spare for swimming in the pool. The host was friendly and responsive, and everyone had a great time.

Great house

We stayed at the property for a friends wedding that was being held in springville. The house is perfect for a large number if people. The house sleeps a number of people and three of the rooms have attached baths. The house offers lots of family activities(darts, games, ping pong , swimming). The house manager greeted us and was very helpful! We would book again for sure.

Terrific place to stay

We stayed at River Island Rancho back in October 2015 because our daughter was getting married at Springville Ranch. Always meant to write a review. It met our needs wonderfully. Close enough to the venue and plenty of room for us to get ready without being on top of each other. The owner/manager were very accommodating. In hindsight, we would have loved to have more time to enjoy the house and surroundings after the wedding. I highly recommend this property.

Family Trip

We spent two weeks here with family coming from So-Cal and Nor-Cal. The house was clean and has a nice big table for family dinners and games. Everyone loved the pool; it has a nice deep end and is a great temperature. Steve was a VERY responsive, accommodating and kind host. He was flexible with us brining our dogs and we appreciated him and his property manager a great deal. His cleaners were also really friendly and kind; they even ran outside to catch us before we left because my son left a beloved stuffie.

Well stocked, comfortable home!

We had a wonderful Independence Day weekend here with friends. We swam, played games, cooked meals together. The kids ran freely in the yard. The house was well stocked for a good vacation, pool towels, sonos music system, plenty of shade around the pool, games, all the dishes you could need. It is a really great setup! It was super hot outside, 100+, but the AC worked beautifully and kept us cool when we weren't in the pool. We didn't even leave the house for the entire weekend!

Wonderful house!

Our family of 12 and 4 dogs stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all of us, with plenty to do. We really enjoyed the game room, as it gave my two young kids something to do that didn't involve screens. We also REALLY enjoyed having the golf course behind the house, and since it is currently closed it basically worked out like having a park behind the house that was never crowded. We went out back and chipped some balls, threw some frisbees, and also took our bikes and electric scooters out on the trails. This was probably the highlight of our trip as we like to be outdoors. The one downside that I heard everyone talking about was the beds. We do have some older folks in our group (myself included), and the beds weren't that great to sleep on at night and most everyone woke up with sore backs. The owner should definitely look to upgrade. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this house to friends, and will not hesitate to stay at again in the future. The communication with the host was great and everything from check in to check out was clearly communicated.

Wonderful Trip!

We had a wonderful time at this property! We came here during Covid-19 for a safe change of scenery. We hardly saw any people which was great during times like this and while traveling with an immunocompromised child! The pool was refreshing during the day and so much fun for our family! The view of the golf course and mountain ranges were gorgeous. We were able to visit Balch Park and Sequoia National Park as the house was a little over an hour away from both. Both places were not busy with tons of people so that was great too! The home was clean and we thought our kids would spread out to all the bedrooms but they loved being able to share with each other :) it’s all one level which is perfect for our family as my oldest daughter cannot walk on her own due to her rare disease. The game room in the garage was great! We had fun playing darts, pool, ping pong, and ring-on-the-rope game. I was the last one to get it on the hook after my 10, 6, and 4 year olds did it! Haha! We celebrated my little one’s 4th birthday and I know it’s one he won’t forget! Thank you to Steve for being so responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would love to come back!!

I have been coming to Springville (River Island Country Club) since 1994 and fell in love with the area and people. The golf course is spectacular and always in great shape. They are generous with public tee times and the price is very reasonable. The house is 116 yards from the clubhouse and is a nice walk after a long day on the course. Preferred tee times are accepted only for our guests. It is the perfect place to host your group tournament. We host our annual golf trip every August and it always turns out to be the best week of the year.

This is the only vacation rental at River Island. This is a small quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have a private fenced pool for warm days, 2 BBQ s and a bunch of outdoor games to play in a huge yard. There are no steps to climb which is great for our elderly guests, a huge game room for the kids and an amazing outdoor living area.
River Island golf course is the highest rated course in the central valley and they offer preferred tee times for our guests. This is truly an amazing place and a perfect home if you're having a wedding, birthday celebration or reunion nearby.

This house has a large indoor dining table, a round dining table that flips over to be a professional poker table as well as a huge custom picnic table outside to take advantage of the perfect Springville weather.
Because the house is so centrally located and is one story, it is the perfect home for all ages. The house is very popular for families with young kids as well as older members. With plenty of beds and a quiet location, it is a favorite for everybody.
We have had a number of groups use the house for the older members of the family for wedding parties and family reunions since it is so easy and convenient.
Whatever the size or age of your group, purpose of your trip or time of year, we really do have it all.
