This property is ideally located 14 miles from Clemson University, 8 Miles from Anderson University, 1.8 miles from Greenpond Landing & Events Center (Home of the Bassmasters Pro Fishing Tournament), and 4.7 miles from Portman Marina and The Galley Waterfront Restaurant.
This welcoming property boasts 2 Master Suites with king beds, adjoining bathrooms, and large Smart TV's on the main level of the home. Enjoy the upscale master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, shower with dual shower heads, seperate his and hers vanities, and an additional powder room w/vanity and a walk in closet. The additional 2 bedrooms offer queen beds, Smart TV's, and one room has a full trundle bed and pack n play.
Relax on the expansive screen porch with an Outdoor Smart TV, Fire Table, Dining Table, and incredible sunsets. Or, enjoy the adjoining back porch that offers a Weber Gas Grill, Kid Size picnic table, and fenced yard to allow your fur babies closed access to the outdoors.
The living room offers a cozy wood burning fireplace, comfy seating, and a 60" Samsung Smart TV. Don't miss the Tiger Den Gameroom to enjoy a game of pool, darts, or poker and an additional living area with a large TV w/Roku. There is also a loft area that includes another living space with a sectional full size sofabed, oversized beanbag, Smart TV, books and boardgames. The home also offers a home office with a desk, printer, monitor and twin futon.
The upscale kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to entertain or cook your favorite meal. There is a double oven, Keurig Duo w/ 12 Cup Drip Coffee Maker and K-Cup, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, Blender & Toaster. We also have an additional Kitchenette on the lower level of the home that has a second refrigerator, oven, washer & dryer, and utility sink.

*The garage will not be accessible to guests, however there is plenty of parking on the property. Also located on the property is a guest house that may be owner/tenant occupied, however the guests privacy will be maintained and respected. Owner/tenant will cause no interuption to guests vacation ( no use of dock or main house grounds, and seperate driveway will be used for parking).

Bring your boat or jet ski's to the large covered dock that can be accessed on foot by a gentle slope to stairs. Enjoy the large Watermat, 2 Paddleboards, 4 Person Paddleboat, 2 Person Kayak, or some fishing off the dock. Don't forget to check out our walking/hiking trail through the woods to the waterfall located on the property or gather around the firepit for S'mores and great memories!
**Currently the water is very low on Lake Hartwell due to the severe draught, and our dock is not accessible by boat. Guests are able to beach a boat in the cove, and walk from the dock to the boat if desired. However, the great news is that we are having our cove dredged (deepened) this September 2026 and will have plenty of water at our dock beginning Fall 2026 for all future guests.
