When you arrive, you will enter the first floor from the side entrance into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including coffee maker, toaster, oven/range, microwave, All-Clad cookware , and dishwasher. There is an island with seating for 4. Beyond the kitchen you will enter the dining room through the columned entryway and find a dark maple table with seating for 6 and a gorgeous recessed lighted ceiling. The living room is a great size with a smart TV, fabulous coffered ceiling with a ceiling fan/light. Off of the living room is a wonderful sun room with southerly exposure, great for your morning coffee! There is a first floor full bath with shower/tub combination and an adjacent beautiful, spacious and light bedroom with queen sized bed and plenty of closet space for unpacking. There is a small desk area for remote work if needed with an overhead ceiling fan. The first floor bedroom has a doorway out onto the backyard deck. The deck itself has a stone/metal table for outdoor dining as well as a casual furniture set including a large umbrella for those sunny summer days. Relax in the afternoon sun and enjoy the quiet privacy and established gardens that fills the backyard. Feel free to use the gas grill for the perfect steak! There is a barn and garage that is NOT accessible to visiting guests.

Take the beautiful staircase with custom newel post and handrail to the second floor to find the primary bedroom furnished with a queen side bed, a smart TV, a very large open closet area with plenty of closet and dresser space. There is a closet area hiding the washer/dryer and a new ensuite bathroom which houses a spacious shower and fabulous wall fireplace for ambiance. There is a second bedroom with queen sized bed and double closets that will contain additional linens if needed as well as a newly renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower and pedestal sink.

There is parking onsite that will fit 2-3 vehicles and plenty of street parking available. There are external security cameras for the front entrance and driveway for added security.
