• Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. (If the check in later than 6.00 pm,
24 hours prior communication is required)
- Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests must be approved
by the host and are subject to availability and additional fees.
- Exceeding the agreed check-out time without prior arrangement may
result in an automatic charge for an additional day.
• Occupancy: Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. Only registered guests are
permitted to stay or access the apartment; unregistered visitors are not allowed.
• No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule
will incur a fine of AED 1,500.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed. A fine of AED 1,500 will apply if this rule is breached.
• Noise & Disturbances: This is a residential property. Loud music, parties, and
gatherings that may disturb neighbours are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed
from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Waste Disposal: Please use the building's designated garbage room for waste disposal
only. A fine of AED 500 will apply for leaving garbage outside the residence.
• Cleanliness: Excessive dirt or stains left in the apartment may result in additional
cleaning charges.
• Lost Items: Loss of any apartment keys, access cards, or parking remotes will incur a
charge of AED 350 per key / card.
• Respect for Staff: Guests are expected to treat staff with respect and courtesy. Verbal
or physical abuse will not be tolerated and may result in reporting to the relevant
government authorities.
• Safety: Activities that interfere with fire safety or create hazardous conditions are
strictly prohibited. Firearms, air guns, toy guns, open fires (including Shisha or
Bukhoor), and discarding items like cigarette butts from balconies are not allowed.
Non-compliance with any of the above rules may result in immediate eviction and
deduction from your security deposit. Additional charges related to damages, losses,
or cleaning identified during the check-out inspection will be applied in full before
departure.
