A second master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, a TV, deck access, and its own private bathroom. There's also a third main-level bedroom featuring a queen bed, a TV, and a hallway bathroom. Additionally, the main floor offers a quiet office space with a desk, computer monitor, and a comfortable modern desk chair.
Downstairs, the family room provides extra space to spread out, complete with a ping-pong table, arcade games, a TV area, and a wet bar with a sink and beverage chiller. Enjoy lovely views from the downstairs king bedroom and find a fifth bedroom with two twin beds. The expansive lower-level deck is fully covered, ensuring it stays dry year-round, and a staircase leads down from the lower deck to the private yard's fire pit.
Lorien features a spacious, level gravel parking area with just one step to the covered front entrance. During the winter months (October to March), we strongly recommend a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions.
