You are only 5-minutes away from Kings Beach and downtown, 10 minutes away from the Tahoe City Golf Course and Treetop Adventure Park, and only 15-20 minutes away from both Northstar Resort and Diamond Peak Ski Resort.



The cozy living room has seating gathered around a fireplace and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). The home features heated floors for you to stay warm during the cold winter nights.



The updated kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smaller kitchen amenities such as a slow cooker, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy breakfast or a coffee at the counter or sit down at the dining table for a home-cooked meal. A gas BBQ is also available on the back deck for grilling. In the summer, take in this outdoor space with a latticed-in terrace and lush garden.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
