The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, waffle maker, slow cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, silverware, dishware, and basic cooking supplies.
The dining table seats 8 people, and there are 4 barstools at the island.

This home is located in Windsor Palms, one of the iconic 24-hour guard-gated resort communities in the tourism corridor.

Full resort amenities include a restaurant/bar, sundry shop, gym, game room, movie theater, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, and more.

Daily trash valet and landscaping are handled by the community.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation.

Hot Tub heating can be added to your reservation for an additional cost of $15 per night, and it must be applied for the entire duration of your stay. We recommend notifying us at least 48 hours before your check-in date to ensure availability.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.
