The space
This loft has everything you need for comfort in Tulum. High-speed internet, 24/7 surveillance, A/C unit, fan, tv with Netflix access, free parking, sun loungers, and equipped kitchenette with electric stove, microwave, mini fridge, private bathroom, and two free bicycles during the stay.
Guest access
The building has 2 common areas which include where the bicycles are parked & the outside parking lot.

The plunge pool is unheated to cool yourself during the Tulum hot days, and is located on the balcony of the room. Only yours for your stay
and to use with some restrictions, the jets only can be turned on from 9am to 9pm keeping in mind the other residents of the condo.

Welcome! Please note, like most of Tulum there is much construction. Many roads aren't paved, including the road to our building in certain places. It is easy to go around
