Within an easy stroll to both the beautiful beach and entertaining Gulf Place, The Tide Life + Carriage House is the ultra-spacious 30A vacation oasis that your family has been dreaming about. Surrounded by a charming white picket fence that evokes elegant Southern vibes, this sprawling compound has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, multiple living areas, lots of outdoor lounging spots, and sleeping space for 13 of your friends and family.

The exterior of the main house boasts classic vintage details, but once inside you’ll enjoy the comfort of the wide open, modern, and updated interior. The first floor has a luxe living area with comfy sofas and a large HDTV, all accented with soothing blue tones that mirror the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico that’s right around the corner from your front door.

The dining space is illuminated with a chandelier made from seashells and opens into the bright, contemporary kitchen. With crisp white cabinets, glossy marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances, this welcoming space is filled with all of the amenities that make your family’s stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

Climb one flight of stairs and you’ll find three bedrooms, each with plenty of privacy. The first guest bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed. In the next bedroom, there’s a cool “Captain’s bunk” with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and another full-size bed with access to a sun-kissed shared balcony. The third bedroom is a gorgeous guest suite with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Another full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway.

Up one more flight of stairs lies the penthouse primary suite. A king-size bed, a sunny window seat, and a separate seating area create a completely peaceful, calm, and secluded space. A glass door leads out to the soaring third-floor balcony with incredible views of the Gulf and the surrounding neighborhood. The primary bathroom includes a double vanity and a step-in shower.

The carriage house is located above the detached garage and features a living area, a dining table for two, and an efficient galley kitchen with chic gray cabinetry and stainless steel appliances accented with an artistic tile backsplash. The bedroom suite has a spacious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in spa shower. This separate space is ideal for in-laws, older children, or anyone in your group seeking a bit more privacy.

The Tide Life + Carriage House is one of those special vacation spots with plenty of space for a large group get-together or a phenomenal family reunion. You’ll all be able to park your cars and walk or bike nearly everywhere, including the beach, the neighborhood market, the eclectic local shops, or a delicious evening dinner.
