Hello Rebecca, Thank you so much for the feedback, it's invaluable. We do hope you enjoyed your visit, and can assure you on your next visit that the place will be spotless. We've taken your comments and discussed the situation with our cleaning company, and have also scheduled a deep cleaning to get us back to where the place should be- Presitne. On the Upholstery note, we noticed the same thing when we were there the week before you, and have already ordered a new Sofa Sleeper, Loveseat and two new accent chairs to go along with all the other newness we've put into the place. Once again, thank you for your input. If we don't know about things, we can't fix them, and this is our paradise, and we want our guests to feel the same. For the inconvenience, when you come back, we'll extend you a 10% discount on both the Condo as well as the new Golf Cart- if you'd like to use it.

We are really disappointed that you feel the way you do. We take great pride in continually upgrading our home so our guests have a truly pampered and relaxing stay. Over the last two years we've invested in all new Stainless appliances, new Living room Furniture, all new kitchen utensils, all new linens, all new Televisions, new Carpet throughout, a completely renovated luxury mater bathroom, and all new patio furniture the week before your stay. Photo's don't lie everything in our home is exactly the same as it is in the photo. That being said we greatly appreciate the feed back and will continue to upgrade our home to meet, and as in most every other case exceed our customers expectation. Hello Lary, We are so sorry to hear this. We take great pride in our condo and we're surprised you had an issue as this is a fairly New Top of the line Diswasher for Bosch, one of the best out there. I wish you had reached out during your stay, we would have taken the appropriate steps to recify the situation right then as there as we also have an appliance contract with the service company and cleaning company on the island. I reached out to the current guest, they haven't experienced any problems with the dishwasher. We hope you were however able to enjoy the rest of your stay in paradise Thank you for your feedback.
