Welcome to Unit 3, a charming third-floor attic studio apartment perfect for a comfortable and private stay. Please note that this unit has low ceilings, making it a cozy retreat for those who don’t mind a more compact space.
NOTE: Please note that Unit 3 is a private, self-contained apartment located on the third floor and not the entire house.
Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen area featuring a full-size refrigerator, double cooktop, air fryer, toaster, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. While there is no stove or dishwasher, the kitchen is stocked with the essentials to prepare simple meals. Counter space is limited, but the round dining table comfortably seats four guests.
The bathroom includes a small walk-in shower, and the vanity is stocked with a hairdryer, first aid kit, and tissues for your convenience. The sleeping area features a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep, along with a 55” TV for entertainment. For seating, there’s a small loveseat and a swivel chair, creating a cozy lounge space.

Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
PARKING DETAILS:
For your comfort and convenience, Unit 3 provides one dedicated garage space, and the second parking option is located on the concrete pad in the rear, guaranteeing the safety and welfare of your vehicle. We kindly ask our guests to make use of the designated parking and avoid using the driveway.
➜ IMPORTANT NOTE: It's crucial to be aware that there's just ONE parking space accessible in the parking garage for each reservation.
Your security and ease of access are important to us, which is why we've equipped the unit with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process.
Proximity: Situated in the heart of Cleveland. We're conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, making it an ideal spot for those with appointments or visits to the hospital.
We do provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Once you run out of any item, just note these items are not replenished. At that point, you’d need to purchase more of what you need.

➛ Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
➛ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.
➛ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
➛ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
➛ Inside the house we have a Minut sound device - which tracks decibels and number of individuals inside property. We will catch any parties and extreme loud noise, so please do not think about being extremely loud or throwing a party.
➛ No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
➛ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
➛ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
➛ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
➛ Please avoid moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.
-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
-No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

-No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
