Newly updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa just steps away from the picturesque Exuma beaches! Located at The Hideaways Resort at Palm Bay. You will have access to onsite Splash restaurant, water activities including kayak and paddle boards, and all additional resort amenities (pool, gym, etc.). Free shuttle service offered by resort into George Town to explore! Centrally located amongst all of the best that the island has to offer. While we do have a welcome book upon arrival, providing a litany of fantastic information for all of your trip needs, we’d be more than happy to help give any guidance on planning an itinerary that meets all your preferences. Anything ranging from recommended car rentals, excursions, high end and local eateries, and the best Exuma beaches to soak up the Caribbean sun! Please do not hesitate to ask after booking if you have trip related questions as we enjoy nothing more than helping our guest’s create lifelong memories!

Great location to "live like a local" but also have the amenities of a resort. View from the front porch to the water and a quiet place on the beach to sit and enjoy the scenery. The host also provided a day by day itinerary suggestion that we mostly followed and had a great time.

We are absolutely thrilled to have stayed here for our first trip to Exuma. Everything we needed to enjoy the comfort of the villa was provided for us. The communication with the owner, Taylor and their property manager Janetta was beyond exceptional. The room was super clean; the kitchen was perfect for the meals we cooked and everyone we encountered during our stay at All the staff at Hideaways could not have been kinder and welcoming. We have made friends for life, and we can't wait to return next year to create more memories!

Perfect stay

This location was perfect for our family of 4. Just a few short steps to the beach and pool. Grocery store less than 5 mins away. Having a restaurant on location was a plus. Communication with the host was great, responded quickly and answered all questions I had and gave recommendations. We are already planning when we can come back again!

Exuma You, Me, and the Sea at Hideaways was amazing! Checking in was easy & they showed me to my villa & explained the amenities. The villa was beautiful & the kitchen worked great for a few small meals I made. The AC works great & the bed & pillows were super comfy too! The villa offers a reserved parking spot that the office will give you the code for. The beaches were crystal clear water & beautiful sand & had plenty of water toys & chairs. Whether you’re a small family or solo traveler like me, Exuma You, Me, and the Sea delivers an Amazing Exuma vacation!

Our stay at this newly renovated Villa in Exuma, Bahamas, was nothing short of spectacular! It's a few short steps out the door to the beach. The Villa was stocked with everything you need - from coolers to take to the beaches you visit, beach chairs, and floats. Taylor and Jenn were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the moment we booked, they provided a wealth of information about Exuma, including insider tips on the best beaches, restaurants, and boat tours. They were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this Villa to anyone planning to visit Exuma. The combination of the beautiful property and such attentive knowledgeable hosts makes this a must stay for an unforgettable Exuma getaway. We can't wait to come back again!!Jerry and Cheryl

Exceptional Villa

The view of the sea was wonderful at you me at the sea! It was everything I hoped. The Villa was very clean and comfortable!! The location is in town, which made the stay convenient to purchase what we needed. The host was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for exploring the island. The communication was great. You will enjoy the outdoor and indoor seating at the Villa. The sofa was extremely comfortable. As well is the bed was excellent to sleep on. It was a great sea view from the property. The thoughtful additions with the plentiful towels and linens made you feel at home. Everything was exactly as pictured in the Villa. I would definitely recommend staying at this Villa which would be the highlight for your vacation!

Best snorkeling beach in Exuma is at this resort (Elizabeth Harbour) and most beautiful beach just a 5 min walk (Jolly Hall). Villa had perfect views, private porch, cozy yet spacious layout, comfy bed, cute beachy decor, centrally located, beach chairs and floats, owners were immediate with responses to questions and great advice on excursions, housekeeper became our friend - even ate dinner with us one night! Resort has great amenities, restaurant, shuttles into Georgetown, and best part was plenty of kayaks/paddleboards. Its a quiet, casual vibe with friendly staff, places to socialize as well as private spots to read or chill. You could enjoy the beach in front of resort with others or take a quick walk and have your own private spot. I was turning 60, wanted a decomp from a job that has tried to kill me and needed some quality time with husband of 37 years…it was our best vacation ever! I cried when we had to checkout and we cannot wait to return!

It was great !

My bf and I stayed 5 days. This Villa was perfect and met all of our needs. Great location about 20 steps from the beach and about a 5 minute walk down the beach to Jolly Hall beach, which was amazing, and we had it mostly to ourselves. This alone made it worth it. We didn’t rent a car because we had enough to do. We took the free shuttle into Georgetown and a ferry to stocking island. In addition to the resort restaurant there are several others a short walk away that were very good (Krusty Crab !) The resort was clean and beautiful and well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. There are free kayaks we unfortunately didn’t use because it was really windy but I want to go back and do that ! The unit itself was very nice, clean and recently updated. The king bed was very comfortable. it’s quiet at night and I slept very well. The hosts were great and let us check in early. I have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again !
