The space

Welcome to 'Muhly Breeze!'

Step onto the cozy front porch and into this bright, open-concept home! The spacious living area, complete with a warm fireplace, flows effortlessly into the dining space and the stunning kitchen, with large windows bringing in lots of natural light. With custom bright white cabinetry, marble countertops, double sinks, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, this kitchen is a dream come true! Off to the side, there's a cozy reading nook with a comfy sofa that provides the perfect spot to unwind. Just behind the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room, a convenient half bath, and a mudroom.

Continue through to the first of two master bedrooms. This spacious room features a King bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. You can also step right out to the back deck, complete with a BBQ grill. A covered walkway leads to both the sunroom and the bonus room, currently set up as a fun bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks—great for kids or extra guests!

The sunroom is a true highlight—the large screened-in porch features a stylish hanging chair, outdoor TV, dining area, and easy access to the backyard, complete with a private heated pool, hot tub, and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation!

Up on the second floor, there are four more beautifully designed bedrooms! The first of these four is the secondary master suite, complete with a King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower, and separate soaking tub, as well as access to a private balcony with two stylish hanging chairs! Next, there are two Queen bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and the other with an en-suite bathroom with glass shower, that is also accessible from the hallway. The final bedroom is another fun bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin- bunks, sharing the bathroom with the glass shower.

There is parking for up to 5 cars available!

Located just a short walk from the Dragonfly pool, this home also has access to all the fantastic amenities of the WaterColor Community, including 9 additional pools, Camp WaterColor, and The WaterColor Beach Club! Whether you're planning a family getaway or a large group retreat, this home is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children 5 and under are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is a short walk from the home! Camp WaterColor is about a 4 minute LSV/golf cart ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 6 minute LSV/golf cart ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
