The Beachwalk Resort is more than just a place to stay—it's your gateway to the best of South Florida. Please note that this unit type does not include a kitchen. If you would like access to a kitchen, I recommend booking one of my 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments instead.

Guest have access to all common areas:

- Beach: a complimentary beach shuttle running every 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it will take 8 minutes to get to the beach.

- Valet parking fees:
1-7 days $28 + tax daily
8- 10 days $25 + tax daily
11- 19 days-$250 + tax per stay
20-30 days - $295 + tax per stay

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Please note that there is a daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.
Resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day
The resort and parking fees are not included in the price paid on the booking channel and paid separately.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
