It features two tastefully decorated properties: a spacious main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 adults, and a cozy guest house just steps away, with 1 bedroom (on 1st floor) and 1 full bath (on 2nd floor), perfect for up to 4 adults. Both properties can use sofas as additional sleeping space. Crib--'pack & play' included.
Whether you're kayaking, fishing, oyster picking, crabbing, sunbathing, or simply unwinding in the serene surroundings, there's something for everyone.
Enjoy fun-filled moments with family and friends playing games like corn hole, and a variety of board and card games. For BBQ lovers, our BBQ smoke shack is at your disposal (propane & grill lighting supplies not included). Share special memories around the fire pit (firewood not included). Bookworms can retreat to a cozy reading nook stocked with a selection of books. Children will love the playground and obstacle course set, while adults can unwind in one of the many seating areas or on any of the three decks, savoring a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. And to kick off your vacation, a complimentary bottle of wine is included!
There are several Marina's and boat dock <6 miles from the property. Buzzards Point and Reedville Marina to name a few. See Guide book for details. Property has enough space to park a small boat. Also, there is enough parking for several vehicles.
With high-speed internet reaching all the way to the water and large big-screen TVs throughout the property, you'll stay connected and entertained. We also provide a children's 2-seater dining table & 1 booster seat. There is also a level 2 EV charger for electric vehicles.
Coastal Winds Retreat is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While there are minimal attractions within the city of Reedville, the closest largest city & grocery store is just a short 20-30-minute drive away. We recommend stocking up on groceries before your arrival. The fully equipped kitchen, in the main house, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals so you can settle in and make the most of your relaxing staycation.
