In the heart of Historic Ghent! Beautifully renovated 1400 sqft 2 bed1 bath historic condo.
This gem offers updated amenities with classic charm, perfect for those wanting a tranquil retreat from your busy day or night. Fully furnished to include new furniture, Smart LG TVs, WiFi and cozy queen beds making this home a âready to goâ option for busy professionals and students.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for chefs of all levels equipped with brand new appliances to include a gas range and stunning large fireclay sink; one of our favorite rooms in the home. Our dining area has a separate beverage center for all of your caffeinated or decaffeinated needs. The dining table is cozy and small at first but does have the capability to extend to a larger setting, if desired.
Both bedrooms offer a clean cozy environment with soft lighting making them warm and inviting, ideal for both day and overnight professionals. Each room offers sound machines to maximize sleep quality.
The bathroom was meticulously renovated to offer modern amenities with a touch of 1920s Art Deco vibes. The large rainfall shower and tub provides a fantastic reprieve allowing you to soak the daily stressors away.
A dedicated office space with calendar is perfect for homework or any administrative tasks helping you to stay efficient and organized. Great for digital nomads!
Say goodbye to trips to the laundry mat or shared coin operated machines! Our home offers a dedicated laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer unit.
Enjoy the beautiful weather and all the seasons Norfolk has to offer on the spacious front balcony. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The rear porch is a perfect spot to store a bicycle or outdoor recreational gear for those who want to take advantage of the Elizabeth River Trail, Virginia beach and the Shenandoah National park (only 2.5 hours away).
On street parking required. A complimentary parking pass will be provided.
Lime scooters and bikes are available just outside of the home and throughout the Ghent district. Downtown offers free city transportation within the downtown area.
