Family vacay

One of the best views we have had in several trips to Panama. The room was really nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. Loved being able to bring our fur babies. Would stay here again.

The Dunes -- GREAT Place to stay on the beach!

Older property but always feel safe and comfortable. Building grounds are always nice and people are very friendly. C-504 is a great room, and the owner is quick to answer any questions. I would recommend this room.

We were disappointed with our stay. While the location was nice, several issues significantly impacted our vacation.The bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard, the bedding was rough and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and offered very little support. To make matters worse, there were visible dust balls hanging from the ceiling in the master bedroom, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and attention to detail.The biggest issue was the elevator. The listing advertises elevator access, which was a major factor in booking a 5th-floor condo. The elevator was out of service during our entire stay except check in day. This meant repeatedly climbing five flights of stairs to access the condo and the beach. The constant trips up and down the stairs became physically painful and significantly affected our ability to enjoy the vacation. Owner offered refund if we left but we were there with kids and no openings elsewhere. Mechanical issues can happen, but guests should be informed when a major advertised amenity is unavailable, especially when staying on the 5th floor. Had we known about the ongoing elevator problems, we would have chosen different accommodations. Unfortunately, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility issues made this stay far less enjoyable than expected.

We understand how frustrating the elevator outage was, especially with a fifth-floor condo and children. Unfortunately, the elevator is maintained by the association, and while mechanical issues are outside of our control, we know they can have a significant impact on a vacation. As soon as we were made aware that the outage would continue, we offered you the option to cancel the remainder of your stay with a full refund so you could relocate if you chose. We completely understand that moving your family mid-vacation wasn't an ideal solution. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattress, bedding, pillows, and the cleanliness concern in the master bedroom. Guest feedback like yours is invaluable, and we've shared these items with our team so they can be addressed. We sincerely regret that your experience fell short of expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We wish you and your family all the best.
