Layout was nice and comfortable. Beds were older, but comfortable. Living room was cozy. Kitchen appliances were newer. Kitchen was stocked with random pieces of pots and pans vs complete sets. The stainless steel skillet didn't have a lid to fit and there was a random lid that didn't fit anything. There was the top of a roasting pan, but no pan. The balcony furniture was ok. Several cushions missing (not the same as in pictures). Master bathroom was nice except dark mold under shower door that would come off during showers. Kind of gross. The 2nd bathroom was okay. Only one of the shower doors worked/opened. Cleanliness of the entire unit is main complaint. The unit felt as if it has sat for an extended period of time in between rentings or the cleaning company doesn't do a thorough job. The baseboards in the bathrooms were covered in dust, as well as vent fans. The 2nd bath had several strands of hair in the shower. The 2nd bath tub didn't drain well. I pulled out a large glob of hair and tape. There was visible dark colored mold in/around both showers and around the caulk of the kitchen sink. There was food smeared on one of the lamp stands. The floors left white socks gray/black on the bottoms. Pictures on listing definitely need to be updated. Treasure Island itself was wonderful and the staff was superb. I would stay at Treasure Island again, but not at this unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to PCB and we had a great time! The condo was close to area attractions, but also not overly crowded. The room was well stocked and clean. My only “complaint” would be that the box spring of the master mattress seemed to be busted or sinking in the middle and the bed made lots of noise with every move. Otherwise we had a great trip!

Great PCB stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and had a great view. I did wish there was a ladder for the bunk beds, as it was difficult for our kids to get off and on the top bunk independently, but we managed and we all had a great time. The beach, of course, was amazing. The Treasure Island resort amenities were very nice - the kids really enjoyed the pool and Liza's Munchies was a great option for lunch. We also enjoyed Cantina Del Mar and Schooners, both of which were in walking distance of the resort. We did have one issue with a toilet constantly running in the second bathroom, leading to a small overflow while we were at the beach one day, however ECDI responded quickly and had maintenance out to fix the problem in no time. We had such a nice time that we even chose to stay an extra night, which was a super easy process. We would definitely book again!

Our stay could have been better, but it also could have been way worse. It was just okay compared to some of the other units we’ve stayed in within the same condo. When we checked in, it was 1 hour 45 mins past the earliest time we could check in and when we arrived at our room, it still wasn’t clean. In fact, there was a lady inside still cleaning it. There were pillows with no pillow cases, the dishwasher wasn’t unloaded and there were very minimal supplies for the 5 of us staying there (only 1 dish towel, 4 wash rags, and only one extra roll of toilet paper). There was a lot of construction taking place so it was hard to sleep in or enjoy the balcony from the hours of about 9-5 because there were extremely loud drilling sounds going on all day. The condo itself is very nice and we loved that it was pet friendly. The location is amazing for us and the balcony view is perfection. The beach service with the chairs & umbrella is always a nice extra. I would also like to note that we did not contact the property manager about any of this, as it wasn’t that big of a deal to us to just go out and purchase the extras we needed, but felt it was noteworthy for future guests. In the past we have stayed at places that were much more “stocked” with extras (laundry detergent, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, and usually even salt, pepper, cooking spray/oil) that this one did not have. Also, there were only 2 beach towels, so make sure to bring your own or plan to purchase some.

Beautiful property

Waking up to the stunning views of the white sands and clear water were the perfect way to start each day. The location is in a much quieter part of PCB which made for a very relaxing stay. The gentleman who worked the beach, Josh, was very pleasant and helpful each day checking on us multiple times.

Great location, building, and condo

We've traveled to PCB numerous times and stayed at Treasure Island and least 3 times but in different units. The unit is great - well equipped and clean. Location is perfect - quiet and with plenty of restaurants and things to do close by. The building is well managed and the pool/hot tub is clean.My only complaint is the WIFI did not work the entire time we were there and I did not get a response to my inquiries by the property manager. It was a partly working vacation for me so using my phone hot spot was not ideal.I will stay in this building again since I love the location so much.

Condo has an amazing view. The mattresses aren't memory foam but do have memory foam toppers. They're still really comfortable. We could have used one or two more blankets but it wasn't enough of an issue enough of an issue to contact management about. Overall it was a great stay.

Did not meet expectations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Treasure Island! We have been staying there for about nine years, every summer. Unfortunately, this condo was disappointing. The balcony and balcony furniture were filthy. The furniture was old and falling apart. We were unable to enjoy the balcony because of its condition. The stove top was cracked. The place was not very clean. There was no dresser in the Master bedroom.The tv, in the living room had a line straight down the middle of the screen.Beds were terribly uncomfortable.Needless to say, condo 1103 was did not meet our expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Treasure Island in PCB. The TI staff were cleaning every day and were very pleasant. The pool was cleaned every day and very comfortable. The AC was not working in the 4 elevators and on each floor while waiting on the elevator you have the exhaust from the bathroom fans blowing hot and stinky air on you while you wait for the elevator. Some of the great things about 1103 are the included 2 chairs on the beach which are randomly assigned but they kept the same for the week The balcony is huge and has a wonderful view. The water pressure and AC in the unit work very well. The refrigerator was turned down to the lowest setting but we were able to figure that out easily. There are 12cup and Kcup coffee makers, plenty of silverware and place settings. There are 2 blenders and a 4 slot toaster. The not so good thing was the cleanliness of the room overall. I expect some sand in the room due to the beach and balcony but the master bed had sand in the bed. The unit needs a deep clean. There was a rat trap behind the master nightstand which was luckily seen before it was felt while looking for something that fell on the floor. The furniture seems outdated although the description states upgraded. The outside outlet (GFCI) was tripped and we got it to work but it still showed the tripped red light. The garbage disposal was clogged but we got it working as well. With 6 of us there for the week, we could have used more towels rather than having to wash them each day but not a big deal. We didn’t see a ladder for the bunk beds. We used the TI gas grills on level 3 for 3 meals and these were cleaned daily and worked well. We ate at Pier Park, Dat Cajun Place, and The Wharf and each meal was delicious.

Workmen on balcony so no ocean view

They were working on the balcony from Monday-Thursday with paper on all windows, outdoor furniture stacked with plastic covering them, plastic on the floor. We did not have use of the balcony this whole time. Woke up to noise Monday morning to find a man sitting on balcony. I stepped out in my pjs needless to say I was startled and frightened. Arrive back to the unit we found that pest control had been let into the unit without any notice. We had computer, jewelry, medication and cash sitting out for the taking. They were going to cut the water off one day. Luckily I saw the notice at the back of the elevator down low where if there had been other people in the elevator you would never have seen the notice. With the amount of money we spent for the week to have a gulf front unit we should have been notified of the work to be done so we could make other arrangements. I feel we certainly did not get what we paid for. I have tried repeatedly to take this situation up with your company with no response. I feel we deserve some restitution for your failure to provide what was promised. I do have pictures if you would like to see what we endured.

Great views & unforgettable memories

Our vacation stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was absolutely **amazing**! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and the stunning views of the city and ocean. The living area was so **comfortable** and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the dining area was great for enjoying our meals together. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so **comfy**, we had the best night's sleep every night. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the city and ocean. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, which were both clean and well-maintained. Overall, our stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was a **dream** come true. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice, view was excellent. If we had 6 people there would not have been enough bath towels but there was just 2 of us. There was mold in the main shower. again if 6 people were there 1 roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper?

Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is an excellent value and great location right on the beach. The condo is large and perfect for a family. The covered parking is a plus and the view can't be beat!
