When you walk into this house, you enter into a delightful, colorful, art-filled home that is unlike anything else you will find in Tacoma. Ideally situated just 2 short blocks from the bustling 6th Ave restaurants, bars & coffee shops, this home is truly a sanctuary. Every corner, inside & out has something special to discover. You and your group will find comfort, relaxation and joy in this peaceful home. And in the summertime, the colorful, joyful backyard is truly magical! An rental gem.
The space
The house is situated on a narrow, safe street (cars can't drive by fast) with wonderful neighbors and a cool vibe. Each of our three bedrooms has a queen bed and is uniquely decorated and set up for your ultimate comfort. The living and dining areas are perfectly set up for your group to really enjoy being together. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with most anything you might need. We are so excited for you to discover our little peace of heaven in Tacoma! And the backyard is truly an “urban sanctuary”!

The entire house is yours - no other guests on the property. And in the summertime, the backyard and garden areas provide a private retreat that you will love! The garden provides shade on hot days but also has sun for those who want that too.
Other things to note
We encourage you to take the time to discover some of the little details about the house and decorations, from the Mexican tiles in the upstairs bathroom to the one-of-kind art spread throughout the house to all the hidden gems in the garden. Especially take the time to read the newspaper clipping (taped to the window of the garage) all about Jim, the owner of the home who created or collected almost everything you see throughout the property!
