We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your time in the area!

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the TV in the main living area. Our maintenance team did respond and found the issue to be with the TV input settings, which were corrected. We're sorry if this resolution wasn't clearly communicated during your stay. Regarding the starter supplies, we do provide a basic set for each guest’s arrival, which includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods. These are intended to get you started, and we’re always happy to clarify that guests may need to supplement for longer stays. We also appreciate you pointing out the lightbulb issue in the upstairs vanity. That’s been addressed to ensure everything is in good working order. Thank you again for your comments — they help us improve, and we hope to welcome you back soon.
