➤ This is one part of a duplex (UPSTAIRS SO THERE WILL BE STAIRS). There are separate entrances and no shared spaces but they are within the same physical structure. Expect the normal noise of multi-family living.
➤ We want to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone in our shared space. Kindly be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, as there are other tenants in the building.
➤ Parking: Please park on the street in front of the house. The building has a driveway but it is for the downstairs guest only.
Other things to note
➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
➤ This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. Expect the normal noise you'd expect from multi-family buildings.
➤ Events are subject to approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $300 and those with large productions start at $750.
➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
➤ There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
➤ Please be guided that for security reasons, the balcony doors should not be unlocked as it is not accessible to the guests.
➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
