As you can see from all our prior guest reviews (10/10), I genuinely want guests to have an incredible time in a place we love. It pains me to know this was not the case with your stay. I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION. You and I had discussed this prior to your arrival, and I was under the impression this was not an issue. Clearly, I misunderstood. I understand that the presence of the CATAMARAN impacted your enjoyment. A boat is pictured in our VRBO listing, and I apologize that this was not clear and will resolve this. The home had been DEEP CLEANED prior to your arrival. It’s important to note that prior guests have consistently highlighted the cleanliness of the home. That said, the home furnishings are older, so you may have noticed that aspect. I will replace the toilet seat cover. The house is lived in when not rented, so there are some PERSONAL ITEMS present. We apologize that the space available to guests was not sufficient and will work on improving this. Thank you for letting us know about the condition of the DECK. The safety & comfort of our guests is of utmost importance and we will ensure the deck is repaired. I GO OUT OF MY WAY whenever I am in town, to meet our guests which I was happy to do with you, including setting your family up with bicycles
