Our home did go through an extensive renovation and our focus point was to how to make families feel comfortable, with enough space, and enjoy the the family reunion ultimately. This is the first time we get a full home inspection inside and out of the space we call home. We are in the country and mice is common so my apologies for having exposed mice traps. Communication was great through the whole stay. We had walmart deliver a few items to make the stay more comfortable, as well as i appreciate an internet tech was able to pay a visit to help with the speed of the internet. I wished you would of taken our offer to resend house keepers to do another sweep. Im sorry if you were dealing with new TVs and had to register to some of the apps as a new user. I deeply apologize if they missed a few of the items aforementioned. We take pride in our hospitality and as our reputation shows, its all about how soon we react to missed items, or technical issues that makes us great hosts. As stated in our listing, we do have exterior cameras that lookout our property entry, barn for obvious reasons. There is no doubt you went out of your way to do a full home inspection and I question why you didnt ask for a refund right away or asked the platform to relocate you since my home is clearly a death trap. above all Im sure you enjoyed full your stay.
