This delightful, spacious house boasts 7 bedrooms 3 baths with enough bedding for up to 18 guests. Plenty of space to relax and unwind while enjoying Gorgeous Sunset views. Kids toys and high chairs available helping parents travel lighter along with a private office suitable for those who work remotely.
Home sits on 40 acres perfect if you come with horses, go karts, motor bikes and want to get away with family. Birthday celebrations, family reunions are allowed upon approval. Spacious accommodations for a large group

This was a good place to stay for our group. There was plenty of room and had all the amenities from a fully stocked kitchen to bathroom essentials. We particularly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, living room and theater room. The kids enjoyed the pool table and hockey table downstairs. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We did have an issue with the internet but she attempted to resolve the problem immediately. Overall, this place is definitely a good place for a large group. Seems like they were still under construction and lots of equipment and stuff around the perimeter of the house and probably not the safest for little kids but we looked past that since the accommodations were good and it also had a nice big concrete pad in front that we could gather in.

Overall a good location and a good space, very affordable, but needs a lot of maintenance.Pros:* Good location. Quiet, close enough to Calhan to make grocery runs. Short drive to the fairgrounds and Paint Mines park.* Spacious interior, open floor plan with a kitchen big enough for a large group* Furniture, decor, and appliances all seemed relatively new and in good condition* Bedding/towels seemed clean overall, with plenty provided for the group* Both indoor and outdoor kid’s toys were available and nice to have* Wifi and electrical worked without issue. TVs worked fine, we were able to stream movies* Grill and patio furniture available on enclosed deck, as well as outdoor string lighting* Plenty of parking in gravel drivewayDespite us and our guests having been uncomfortable about the cons listed below, we exercised extreme caution watching our children and in storing our belongings and concluded it to have been a good stay overall.Cons:* Mice: Upon arrival, we found mouse droppings in multiple rooms, and on top of some upholstered furniture. We immediately mentioned this to the host, who responded promptly to our message but only replied that there was a vacuum availableMost bedrooms had some sort of pest deterrent device plugged into the wall, but in one basement bedroom it appeared to be broken, and a mouse was seen in the room on the first night. Needs to be cleaned, construction finished, wifi and electric wiring fixed, heat and AC!, cameras!

I was asked to check in late...Concrete pad for parking has rebar sticking out. Not clean, bedding missing, dirty, dangerous, LOTS of rat poison out, bad wiring and wifi, no AC, 3 space heaters are the heat, dishes and pots dirty, parts missing/broken on refrigerator and microwave. Nails sticking out on flooring and also on ledge in second kitchen. Mold on ceiling in several spots. Wifi barely works-MANY oustside cameras draw down any wifi there is so tv's don't work and can't get on computer to work. Baseboards and wall fixtures are missing. Exposed electric wires in ceiling/wall panels. Wiring on outside is PAINTED OVER, not sealed to hide-Electric hazard. Cleaner not cleaned out of oven, dirty pans in oven. Standing slime in dishwasher. Bag with yellow liquid on a shower head with shower heand not in the liquid and just left there. Dirt and chunks on all the floors. Lots of dog hairs in all bedding although they are made up to look as if clean-not just a litlle hair-a bunch-as if a dog has been sleeping under the covers of many of the beds. Dog bowls and chain yet no dogs allowed. Media room under construction. TV's not hooked up. Very dirty upper living room. Lower LR minimal! Cold! Lower kitchen unfinished, nails sticking out, broken mirowave,large hole in the window to oustide.Parts in raw master bath closet-unfinished decks and stairs. Wahing machine sort of works. There are towels. Way overpriced and location bad for COS. Want to post more pics!
