The furniture is as shown in the pics. But we will consider eliminating some furniture. We’ve never had anyone comment or leave a bad review for this. Thank you for your feedback. U fortunately we were out of town for a couple weeks and mowed and week wacked the day before we left but this year has brought much more rain than average and the grass is above average. We are very sorry you had such tall grass. If you mentioned about tall grass while you were staying we could have sent help over to cut it. I reset the breaker when we got back home and it has worked since. We are #2 for lightning in the US and sometimes it causes some breakers to flip especially the gfi’s. We have added the warning about the sneaky black cat in our description. We apologize for our cats poor behavior, but we literally lost him for a year when we think he hoped in a fed ex or ups truck. He’s too friendly but we can’t seem to get rid of him very easily. If you would like to try again we can make sure and coordinate schedules so we can be here to serve any of your needs, and we will make sure grass is tight, tub working, and we can try and kennel the black cat for your stay! We hope your future experiences with Vrbo or similar apps goes better. We were on vacation ourselves so I also apologize if I dropped the ball on our communication but I believe I requested a couple pics so we could talk you through resetting the correct breaker. If you have issues always try and communicate, like you did, until you get a solid resolution to your issues. Most Vrbo owners are good people and actually enjoy blessing people with good memories and enjoyable vacations!

Thank you for visiting us and your encouraging comments. We plan to have even better internet as soon as it becomes available. It sounds like with Starlink internet it could be later this year:) With faster internet most phones can do internet calling/data.
